  • "I call this place "Hidden" because that's what the feel is like from inside the restaurant. This is my second time at Tender and it was just a great as the first. There are many specials and the service is beyond Outstanding. The servers brought out a small folding seat for my wife's purse and for my songs toy bag. The food is prepared very well. I would suggest this restaurant to many others, and I have."

  • "Friendly, professional staff made sure our experience was a good one. Wife had buffalo ribeye and I had the New Zealand ribeye. Both were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. I highly recommend the lobster bisque and lobster risotto. The experience we had couldn't be better."

  • "We wanted to go somewhere special since it was our honeymoon, Tender looked liked that place. It was a romantic setting with a great looking menu.We were seated right away. there were two waiters working our section with about 4-5 other tables besides ours, but it took forever to even get our drink order! One waiter even looked right at us, checked on his other tables, refilled some ones water glass before coming to our table. The other waiter always looked annoyed he had to deal with us and was no help with the menu, looking around the whole time he took our orders like he had somewhere better to be. The most helpful person there was the food runner who was more than happy to answer any questions we had."

  • "Made reservation six weeks in advance at this restaurant based in the exceptional Zagat scores. stating it was our anniversary. We arrived on time and were first offered a four top in middle of room "is this okay?" The service from the asst waiter was fine, not exceptional (never saw waiter after introduction). It was all just "okay". The steaks were properly cooked, but tough for filets. Lyonnaise potatoes, lobster bisque & scallops were good. Our occasion was not acknowledged. Bill was $176 plus tip. Have had MUCH better experiences at other steakhouses in Vegas and other cities."

  • "I had the Kobe filet it was the best steak I have eating. Had asparagus and carrots for my side the asparagus where great. I thought the carrots where a little to crunchy but they tasted great. I will be back again in Oct. to try some thing different to eat"

  • "The food was decent, but for spending 200 that night and not feeling satisfied its not worth it. The food was just ok, I think it depends on the cook because I heard nothing but rave reviews. I went on a Wednesday night at 5pm so I guess it was the first steak of the night cooked? Steak was tough and not tender and didn't really have a lot of taste to it."

  • "My husband and I went out for a "fancy" dinner and came here because the restaurant said Steak and Seafood, items of which we both enjoy. My husband's porter house steak was great; prepared perfect, but my lobster tail was bland. There was no seasoning on it whatsoever. I added salt to the butter and that made it taste better. On a more positive note, the sides that we ordered were very good; the macaroni and cheese and the green beans."

  • "Located on the casino floor in the Luxor. Food was excellent. Casino prices, this is expected sine you are on the casino floor. Had the KC Strip, cooked Pittsburgh style, it was excellent. 3 other guys all raved about theirs as well. The sides were excellent, we each sampled 5 or 6 that we ordered. Would go back if I was staying south strip again. TIP: if you are planning on going there, look into MyVegas slots, they have a $75 off of $150+ prize, enjoy!"

  • "The food was outstanding, but the best part of the experience was without a doubt, the service. Many places have great or even superb food, but what always sets a places apart from the others is the service. When the service is not up to par with the food you might as well be served lobster on a paper plate. My wife an I enjoy all kinds of culinary experiences. Tender tops our list for fine dining. While we loved the meals we have, my wife is a talented chef. She breaks down the ingredients, spices and techniques, then creates an alternate version in her own style. We will continue to enjoy our experience at Tenders by having the meals in our home influenced by the excellent and creative meal we had at your restaurant."

  • "The food was excellent! I had read the reviews, checked out the menu beforehand so the price wasn't a surprise. What was a surprise was how excellent our food was. Our waiter suggested a nice bottle of wine and was so pleasant! He was helpful with our selections we made and gave us great advice. The side portions were generous and 3 of us shared two portions which helped with price. The cuts of meat were also generous. I expected smaller cuts but they were nice and big, thick and cooked to order. It was a wonderful meal! We totally enjoyed our meal!"

This is a "typical" steak place...darker, white table cloths, formal waiters, etc. The steak selection was quite nice and they were prepared VERY well with just the right amount of seasoning and charring. Like most steak places everything was a la carte so the place gets pretty spendy."

It took 20+ minutes for the food to arrive so I had no choice but to eat it. The sides were not great either. $200+ dinner was a disappointment."

  • "I find it likely to robbery when the bill includes a gratuity and when the credit card receipt comes it has a spot for gratuity. I left a rather large tip and was not aware that it was already included. You would think the waiters would have told us. Also we were charged for 4 chilled seafood platters and only had two. The food was excellent the service was good but I would find it hard to return or recommend a place that cheats it's customers."

  • "My boyfriend and I had been wanting to find a restaurant that serves game for a very long time, so when we heard about Tender, we knew it would be perfect for our Valentines weekend. He has a Bison Ribeye that was so jucy and flavorful and I had the Wild Game Tasting that just blew my socks off. That atmosphere was intimate and romantic and the servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I had was I asked to speak to the manager (I want to say how great everything was) and he never showed. We waited for 20 minutes and were almost late for our show. I don't know if it was because the server didn't tell him or he just didn't follow through, but if I there was an issue it would have been compounded by him not seeing us."

Prices were a little steeper than your normal steakhouse, but consistent with high end restaurants on the strip."

  • "The place was remodeled a few years ago. It has dark woods on the all and ceiling with some large pictures on glas. A nice mixture of old-fashioned and modern steak-house. Although the place has more than 250 seats it is very quiet because the restaurant is seperated in many smaller rooms. Many booths are available. The ribeye steak was very good and on the lower price level of steakhouses in the casions on the strip. Gread and reasoanble priced wines are available."

  • "Was looking for a nice comfy restaurant to celebrate. Found it in this restaurant. I had requested a quieter area. I feel they made an effort to accomodate. Food was good, tho was served too quickly, as I had asked our waiter to slow things down while we had a drink. He said he would, but the bread came, followed shortly by the salads, and the rest of the meal. Seemed a bit rushed."

  • "I met a family member who was in from out of town. She was staying at the Luxor, so we decided to go there. It was very nice, very good food and great service. I just had a problem with the prices. I never mind paying for good food or for a special occasion, but If it had been a stand alone restaurant, it would have been seriously overpriced. That is my only complaint. Being a local I knew what to expect, and that is why I do not eat at casinos. :)"

My 20-something year-old niece commented that the Lobster Bisque tasted "like gold" and the meal was the best she had ever experienced! It was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience."
