I was expecting a 4 star experience but our server was the man- my experience warrants 5 stars. Stripsteak boasts the best scotch selection in any steakhouse and our server paired our steaks perfectly. It wasn't the busiest night there and perhaps that was a positive thing.

I did research to find one of the best steakhouses and I am very pleased with our choice. The food was outstanding! Portions were filling! The wine list is a little pricey because they have HALF bottles starting at $50. That's a little much a glass and a half for each person. But if you're a wine-O you'll be in your glory! This is hands down the best steak we've ever had. Our server was fun, well versed on the meat cuts and quality, and she made sure all of requests were handled expertly. We ordered the waygu filet, the 90 day aged new York strip, and the shabu-shabu. Both times I ordered the bone-in ribeye steak...One of the very best I've ever tasted.
Sides are yummy too. Mac & Cheese, Baked potato, etc...They're all delish.
But it was the excellent service I noticed this time. Very attentive and helpful.

My ribeye was so amazingly tender and juicy. The potato gratin was great but too rich to eat more than a few bites. Pretty decent cocktails, my cherry drink was just right, good for supping. The shaved apple salad was a great light starter. Not too sweet, definitely prepared my palate. The best part of this place is the complementary fries with truffle Aoli. OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Total including tip was 130 for a drink, appetizer, rib eye, and side. Too full to even think of dessert. Decor is very chic, trendy. I wish they would enforce the dress code more stringently, however. Wide range of dress made me uncomfortable with too many casual diners. I had the 8oz Wagyu Ribeye Cap, which I thought would be too little for my raging appetite, but ended up being just right, given the near 30 minute gap between apps and main course! Service was a little slow, but our server had a bunch of large tables, but our server was super well versed on both the restaurant's food, as well as other places to eat in Vegas. I did feel well taken care of by the staff and the food was fantastic.
