Street Kitchen Asian Bistro (STK) captures the vibrant cuisine of Asian street foods in a modern, vibrant and fresh atmosphere.

Using traditional recipes, Chef/Owner Mary Nguyen creates the best street foods from Malaysia, China, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand.

Starting from scratch and using the freshest and highest quality ingredients is the only way to authentically prepare Asian cuisine.

Using a well stocked pantry of fragrant jasmine rice, Shaoxing wine, first-press peanut oil, quality brewed soy and fish sauce and artisan wheat, egg and rice noodles, STK chefs create hand-crafted regional dishes. We even roast our own nuts, chilies and spices, some of which are ground daily to prepare a variety of authentic curries.

We encourage guests to make a meal of many small plates, ordering from across Asia through the STK menu. Food appears at the table as it sizzles, crackles and simmers fresh from the kitchen, each dish arriving as it is prepared.

  • "BUMMED! We have been fans of STK for a looong time. Today we suggested a client meet us for lunch today. We ordered green curry, lo mien, and tuna tatami salad. Service was tentative and underwhelming. The food was not anywhere as good as we remember. The ahi on the salad was skimpy, sliced so thin you could see through it which would have been fine if they gave you more than 4 skinny pieces. Not worth the $$. Chicken in the lo mien was dry and fried. We didn't dare ask the client how his curry was. We were SO disappointed. Our waiter looked scared. Plus we saw a cook in the kitchen eating, licking his fingers and not washing his hands. Uck! All in all, it was a bummer and while we'd like to try STK again soon, we're leery."

Sadly, now their menu is laminated with pictures of the food, the dishes are very similar to what you'd find in any other Asian place, and the quality - from food quality to cleanliness to staff, has relegated it to just another so-so restaurant. Sad to see it happen. "

  • "This was my 4th time dining at Street Kitchen and the food has always been consistently good with the exception of the Tom Kha Goong which was extremely salty and had a thicker consistency than normal. The waiter, although nice, forgot a couple of our dishes which we had to ask for a couple of times before they finally came out. Our waiter also added 20% gratuity to our bill for 4 adults and 1 child, which I thought was odd and didn't even mention it to us. Overall, we would definitely go back for the food and always check our bill before paying it. "

  • "A four course meal, paired with wine, plus a very unique desert. Each dish was authentic and very good. Some Malaysian food can be very hot, border-line Thai hotness, which was paired with a semi-sweet white wine. The wine pairing dinners, which feature a different Southeast Asia country each time (Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, etc) are the best way to experience the expertise and authenticity at this restaurant."

  • "Enjoyed a birthday lunch with friends. We each had a different dish & LOVED what we got! The edamame app was a wonderful surprise of flavors. And my banh mi sandwich was out of this world incredible! This place is a hidden gem that takes exotic dishes & makes them accessible to folks who aren't familiar with asian dishes. And for those of us who love asian food, it's an excellent take on so many dishes. Great meal & staff really nice!"

  • "We've eaten here several times when visiting Denver. This time it was OK but not great. Previously there was a definite wow factor, thus time no better than your typical neighborhood Chinese joint. Pad Thai ok but not particularly outstanding. wife had green curry, wanted less spicy, server said solution was to add more coconut milk Which was not a good approach. She declined the extra coconut and as a consequence it was overly Spicy. They need to amp it up to regain previous cred."

  • "Saturday 7pm is prime time. The restaurant was about a quarter full, which doesn't mean much, because most times we come here its not that full. But the food has always been good until tonight. The potstickers and spring rolls good. Tuna tartar was more rice than tuna. It's the first dish we ordered, and it came out after our meal. I think they ran out of tuna and were embarrassed to serve it. The tuna tartar is my favorite dish and I sometimes order that for my main meal. Very disappointing. Out of their desserts except for ice cream and cheesecake, which is pretty bad on a Saturday night so we ordered what they had left. 3 scoops of green tea ice cream and no cookies so we sent it back. I wish we would have also sent the tuna back."

In our group we have the guys have love their meat as well as vegetarians, and everyone always has a wide variety of dishes to choose from! I start with my favorites every time; the Tom Kha Goong Soup & Passion Fruit Ice Tea and then explore new dishes on the menu. I am always delighted with the taste & the presentation. The service is wonderful; friendly, polite and welcoming. I enjoy the open kitchen."

  • "I had made our reservation for two people but we ended up with six. I called ahead of time to see if this was a problem and they accommodated us immediately. No one in our group had eaten there before and we had a great evening. The food was good, the service was good and it was a great experience. We will defiantly go back. The only criticism I have is because we were a party of six they added a 20% gratuity to our bill. We were fortunate and had good service but we felt that a party of six was too small of a party to add the 20% gratuity. All and all we had a great night."
