"The manager already knows none of us will return. This is not the first time service has been non-existent. This was the worst and we're all disappointed as we've spent many great times at S&W in the past. Not enough space to tell you all that went wrong. Again!"

"We enjoy Smith & Wollensky, especially during their "Wine Week" specials. Their steaks are always done to perfection--and allowed to rest before serving so that all the juices are reabsorbed and not left to run all over the plate. Their seafood is always fresh, the wild caught salmon very flavorful. The private "curtained" booths feel very intimate and romantic."
