   Service was slow. Waiter didn’t inform us how spicy hot the chicken would be nor is it mentioned on the menu. The burger ordered was clearly request plain no cheese no bacon. And a bacon cheeseburger was served. They Did cook and bring out another which was nice. But the rest of us had finished our meal by the time it was recooked. I will not return. Save yourself the trouble until they change management and begin to deliver the basics.

   We had to change our seat in order to get service. 2 of 3 meals ordered were incorrect. The server was totally indifferent

   Great server. Food was awful. I knew better than to eat at the bar, but our flight was late. Scallops were way undercooked and the Cuban sandwich just wasn't a Cuban sandwich. Never again. Server was great. He took the scallops off the bill and was very apologetic.

   We were doing Open House Chicago and needed a rest and sustenance, the drinks and food were wonderful and the chairs perfect for our tired feet. Our server was very sweet and accommodating. He even told us some of the hotels history.

    I meet up with friends at least once a month on Friday at the Lobby at the JW Marriott. It's convenient to our all our offices in the Financial District of the Loop. The happy hour snacks are delicious and reasonably priced. We are all addicted to the Spicy Chicken Bites with guacamole dipping sauce. The servers are very attentive and know we need extra dipping sauce. The flatbreads are delicious, especially the prosciutto and fig. There is always a special drink featured - either a craft cocktail, beer or wine and available at decent prices as well. All other drinks are available typical Chicago pricing. We always know we can count on it being a good experience and will be back time and again in the future.
