    I wanted a few simple modifications that I had previously, and they refused to do them. One was just don't put shiso on my food. They were more concerned about presentation than me. The server brought an extra plate so I could remove it, since it was simply just placed on top. Makes zero sense to me, but they've lost my business, I will not return.

    The last two times I’ve dined the food and service have been great but we were placed in the back corner table on the balcony- so thought that was peculiar. Not one to complain so I didn’t say anything but would like not to sit there next time.

    We had an amazing first visit to Bestia. It definitely lived up to the hype. The food was great and our server JJ was such a gem. She really made the evening and helped us ensure we had a wonderful time.
