   Excellent food, service and ambience. One of the few places a person can take a guest and actually hear well enough to carry on a conversation without shouting or straining to hear. Thank you.

   We took a workmate to lunch for his birthday. I made a reservation online, super simple. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. Service was very good. Food was delish; two of us ordered the honey crispy chicken sandwich; I ordered side salad with no bun and she ordered the sandwich with extra pickles, both arrived as ordered. Birthday boy ordered the salmon salad and he said it was perfectly cooked. They also offered him a delectable birthday dessert. All in all a lovely time.

   Lunch at the tavern is always good. I like the window booth and the grilled chicken salad especially. The Tavern burger was excellent today as well. Service is very good although they did get fairly busy while we were there .

    Service was slow… waiter tried his best Bruschetta was top notch… salmon salad was good not great. Rosemary chicken was terrible first time ever I didn’t finish a chicken dish.
