   Food was good. Needs more servers at breakfast. I don't think the air conditioner worked. Very warm and uncomfortable.

   Bluegrass Bistro in the Marriott hotel has decent food but slow service. They are understaffed and so the food came out very slowly. Once it did come out, we were happy with the meal. They also are having an AC problem so it was quite warm.

   We were having a business conference at the hotel and only had an hour for lunch. We thought we would be proactive and just make reservations at the hotel restaurant. We sit down at 11:30, I asked the waitress if she needed my name from my reservation, and she said she didn’t. The person in charge of our conference asked if the kitchen was able to accommodate us because we grew from a party of 5 to 10, and they said that was fine. We didn’t get drinks (the majority ordered water) until 12:05. That’s when they took our order. At 12:35 the assistant of our conference asked if they could just box our orders to go and she would bring them to us. A few people had to walk over to the table with 4 waitresses rolling silverware to ask for refills (after taking orders they never came back to check on us). The food was good, however when everything was bagged and brought back for us to eat, 2 orders were missing. They did fix the missing orders quickly and got them to us.

   We stayed at the hotel for our 55th wedding anniversary and made dinner reservations at the Bluegrass Bistro through Open Table. My wife and I totally enjoyed our meals but my only complaint is that the menu listed on Open Table was a lot different different than the menu available at the restaurant. Our waitress who was wonderful told us they have complaints about the menus being different online and at the restaurant. I guess the Open Table menu needs to be updated to reflect the menu at the restaurant.

   Very disappointed there was no way to tell this was a hotel restaurant unless you dug into reviews. We were looking at location and menu. It had no atmosphere and the menu didn’t quite match what we saw on open table. Wish there had been more transparency about the hotel. We wanted to leave but since it had to be secured with a credit card, we were trapped. I expected more from open table.

    Nice to be aboe to have dinner in the hotel- food pretty good- not much variety- very loud but near a bar and there was a party going on
