Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a great visit this evening and enjoyed a lovely dinner for Father’s Day. Justin, our server and the restaurant’s Certified Sommelier, made for a delightful and educational dining experience. We always enjoy Capital Grille and this evening’s visit was top notch.

    Melody and Chee were a fantastic team. The service was impeccable. The food never disappoints. We were celebrating our anniversary and Melody and Chee went out of their way make it a very special evening. We can’t wait to come back!

    Consistency is incredible at The Capital Grille as I was just in Seattle and had a fantastic experience - this location has great ambience and vibe. Service was impeccable! Keep it up Capital Grille!

    Wait staff was fantastic, we had a large group of 8 and we never were waiting for the next course. A little loud as it was very full. But nice, fun atmosphere
