At Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center we're excited to offer a world inspired, local comfort enthused menu utilizing locally grown products with a focus on Chef inspired local favorites. Our hope is to give our guests a familiar yet modern culinary experience.

Just outside of Stage is our Amuse Wine Bar where we feature an 'Amuse Bites' menu of some familiar favorites from Stage in a casual atmosphere.

After a period of closure due to Covid-19, we are excited to re-open in both Stage Restaurant and Amuse Wine Bar beginning Friday, June 5, 2020.
We will post our new dinner and amuse bites menus to our website nightly and look forward to serving you!

For casual get togethers, the Bamboo Garden room next door in Amuse Wine Bar can seat 20 guests with room for up to 40 guests standing.

    We had tickets to a show and it was a perfect location to grab a meal. The area is large to host many customers and we wanted a more relaxed area for drinks and shared plates. The drink selection was more than adequate and we hit happy hour for our first drink which was a bonus. The food was out on time and we sat leisurely before the theater. We will definitely come back. Also, parking if free and there are ample supply! I wish they would get more customers because it offers great food and wine selection. It is a gem in the area.

    Happy to see Amuse Wine Bar accepts reservations. Great location for a pre-show dinner as we had tickets to see SIX at the Blaisdell Concert Hall. Free parking is convenient. Happy Hour menu is fun and you may order from the dinner menu as well. They have a red and a white wine for $12.00 and a special cocktail. 5he wine tasting cards are available and they have a full bar. We had the sliders, grilled cheese sliders, korean chicken, truffle fries, cauliflower and shrimp on baguettes. Everything was flavorful and a good value for Happy Hour. We’ll be back!

    Had Prix Fixed menu, and wasn't informed about this...only had 3 entrees if you didn't do the prix fixed menu, and if one person in your party chose, this, the whole table had to do it, and didn't have other options

    The Tasting Menu was excellent---all four of us concurred. Service was attentive and efficient. Atmosphere was cool and relaxing. The company was fun and everything was perfect. We all had a great time.

    Overall the food and presentation was fine however for a very slow night my entree came a full 17 minutes after my wife’s entree was served. There was no manager on duty and after I complained they deleted my wife’s entree and gave a dessert. It reminded me why we didn’t return from several years ago because the service was lacking.

    Stage is one of our go to dinner restaurants, good food and wine. We used our wine card at Amuse and then had appetizers in the main dining area. We enjoyed our "night out"

    Misoyaki butterfish was onolicious and the ice cream ube cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Service was slow but good.
