   The burgers were OK but definitely needed more seasoning. The milk shakes were very thin and seemed to be more milk than ice cream.

   Our favorite burger spot in Vegas! My wife loves the boozy shakes (comes with a full ice cream sandwich). Our waiter was top notch and very attentive. Burger was cooked perfectly as ordered and fries were hot and seasoned. We make sure to eat lunch here each time we stay at the cosmopolitan.

   Fun little place with good burgers and outstanding boozy milkshakes. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were on point !

   We wanted something inside of the Cosmo hotel and something that we could get reservations for easily. Our server was prompt and friendly. She gave some good recommendations. The food that was being served to other tables looked really good. We ordered the steak sandwich, it was very tasty. The menu prices seemed a little high, but probably on par with other Vegas restaurants. I would go back again.

   Birthday lunch. It’s loud. The fries were so cold and hard we couldn’t eat them. Burgers and milkshake were amazing. Server was totally disconnected. Wouldn’t return.

   My husband and I love a good burger and ours at Holsteins was delish! We split an appetizer, a burger and fries(truffle) - everything was so tasty and so filling!! Our service was exceptional as well, food and drinks came quick and waiters (Lucy,I believe) and the different gents that served were on it!! Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!!! Also watched our waitress make such a special gesture over a little girl that was there celebrating some type of award, those small things are huge but especially these days!!!

   Burger was great. Malts used to be better. Like everything in Vegas, you get less for your money every year. They used to be in a larger glass with a much thicker marshmallow on the side of the glass. Higher price, less malt. Tasted good, but definitely not worth the $20 anymore.
