Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This was our second visit to this Capital Grille. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our meals and service with Paul. He is so attentive, considerate and delightful to converse with. We requested him when we arrived for dinner this time. He is simply the best!!

    12 of us went sides were large enough for us to share. We got at least six appetizers were delicious and I mean courses were delicious. We had a great waiter. It was attentive. It was a good time at capital Grille.

    The restaurant and food were both amazing, but the stand out for making our celebration perfect was our server, Donnie. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive and funny. He made our night! Thank you Donnie!

    Capital Grille always delivers good quality food. The food is on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. When they have their Wagyu it is a treat. Their wait staff is the best.
