   I was able to make a reservation for 10am brunch. Online there is a brunch menu and everything. When you show up apparently the restaurant is attached to the hotel and they do not open until 11am. I asked why I could make a reservation and apparently they don’t do reservations and do not do brunch. Your information here is completely wrong.

   While the people were nice it important to note that you can make a reservation on Open Table - but when you get to the restaurant, they tell you they don’t take reservations and there is a 45 minute wait. What? This is ridiculous. Either take the reservation or pull the restaurant off of Open Table.

   Be advised that on game day this is not as advertised. Buffet only, crowded and disorganized, buffet is very limited, and for the price not a good value. Parking is also silly due to the game, and keep in mind I write this based on a 10:45 am reservation yet game time was 5:30 pm. Can't imagine how much worse when it is a day game.

   Made reservations when we got there they said they could not find a reservation. They refused to actually open the computer had to take a look. I believe they were just too busy and gave our seat away. We were 10 minutes early. They wanted to split Up our group and they refused. They have a menu but made us only order off the buffet. There was nothing indicating in advance that this was the case. The hostess was very dismissive. The person that actually ended up helping us was nice but understaffed. Food was average at best and completely overpriced for the value.

   Went for breakfast before a 49er game. Only buffets, no other options. Food was ok service was pretty good but we did have to wait for the check then to have it picked up.

   We went there for Thanksgiving dinner for the third year in a row. This year the restaurant was closed, and we were seated in the bar area. The food was as good as ever, which is to say, excellent. Members of our party had the traditional turkey with trimmings and the prime rib. All good. The dessert gelato was to die for. I suppose the restaurant area was closed because there were very few people with reservations. I was pleased that they at least kept the kitchen open to serve the high-quality food they normally serve. The Thanksgiving dinner was prix fixe and a good value at $55 per person. The server was attentive and helpful.

   Excellent service. Overpriced, but decent food. Ravioli dish was very good, but needed a sprinkling of cheese. The Beef Pappardelle needed a better quality of meat, especially for the price.
