We serve the USDA prime steaks, to the freshest seafood and poultry, imaginative side dishes, unforgettable desserts and an award winning wine list. At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavour and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    Brian and Cathi were incredibly helpful during the entire planning process for our large party (15 people). I had some questions and needed to change the attendee numbers a few times and they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The meal itself was delicious and the service was excellent. Kim was a gem and took fantastic care of our group, including taking some great pictures for us. Brian made sure our experience was seamless from beginning to end - it was so nice for me as the organizer to have Brian’s support throughout the whole planning process and the evening too. We had a lovely time and I definitely recommend Ruth’s Chris for special occasions - they did such a good job with ours!

    Yes, it's more expensive than average, but we have literally never been disappointed. The food, the service, the ambiance are all top notch. Our favourite "splurge for a special occasion" restaurant.

    Everything was outstanding. We loved the Chef's Specials and the rest of the meal was perfect. Service was exemplary. We sat in the smaller elevated area which is more intimate. No problem getting a table when all the other local spots were booked. When you want perfection you go to Ruths Chris Hilton Hotel!
