I have patronized Hyde Park on the regular. My family would eat there so frequently, my wife was tired of eating there. I still liked the service, the environment and food. I returned after ten months from overseas and wanted a pleasant dinner with my family. We arrived for a dinner night and was greeted by a sever. Stating he would be assisting Frankie. He nor Frankie did not seemed concerned about our service or experience. They both appeared to be interested in giving their best service to other customers. Not knowing my family knows what the service and experience should be. It took awhile to receive our waters and bread. After we placed our orders, Frankie finally arrived and asked had we placed our orders. She was advised our orders were placed and she continued with her service to other customers. She did return and advised our food would be out shortly. Once our food arrived, wasn’t prepared properly and had to be returned. My mother-in-law had to wait for a whole new steak. Which we were all done eating our dinner when her food arrived. My daughter steak was cooked longer and was tough after preparation. My family was very unhappy. I understand servers can be overwhelmed at times. But I am spending the same amount of money as other customers. I would like the same service. My bill was almost $400.00 and I still left an adequate tip. Even though the experience was terrible. I may give Hyde Park a chance to redeem themselves. But my family is not interested in returning. I know there is a better standard at this establishment.

The service was wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary and we were treated very special. The food was amazing.

Very different experience this time around. The slowest service I’ve have ever experienced at this location. They did not refill our water, I was not even able to order another glass of wine because the server rarely came back to check on us. The food was amazing per usual but the service really was disappointing.

From the beginning, service was incredible. We were seated immediately and the ambiance was top tier. The Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée was amazing! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a sensational fine dining experience.
