We've partnered with the houston dairy maids to bring you the best cheese and beer houston has to offer! Houston Dairymaids is a ten-year-old venture from seasoned cheese professional, Lindsey schechter. Part business and part exploration, their goal is to meet artisan Texas cheesemakers, learn about their craft and bring the best of their products to Houston. Visit their shop @ 2201 N. Airline Drive. Select 3 cheeses for $18 or any 5 cheeses for $28. Served with crostini, hop honey, beer mustard, cornishons, candied pecans, apples, & date chutney
