   We went to Browns for our 10 year wedding anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint. Our server was Chelsea and she did a fantastic job making sure we were taken care of. The food and drinks were delicious and they even gave us a wonderful anniversary dessert. Located right in the beach you will love your view while eating.

   All was delicious and service was exceptional by Summer. Sunset at the end of an early dinner capped it all off. Looking forward to returning when back on the Island 🌺

   Highly recommend Browns Beach House to anyone staying at the Fairmont Orchid. Our server was very attentive and catered to our every need. The atmosphere is amazing with live music and a view of the ocean. We had the Ribeye, scallops and lobster fried rice and it was phenomenal.

   Brown is a lovely location and solidly good food. Not Merrimans or Meridia class, but good. Not inexpensive, as Fairmont’s fancy option, but always a solid restaurant, great service and waterside fancy option w guests.

   We were a group of three ladies all celebrating our 50th birthdays. The service was phenomenal and we all felt so special. The ambiance was amazing with live local music creating the perfect Hawaiian experience. The meals were some of the best we had during our entire stay in Hawaii. We will most definitely be back! Thank you to all who were working at Brown’s Beach house that evening.

   We had high hopes for Brown’s Beach House, especially given its spectacular oceanfront setting—there’s no denying the ambience is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the scenery. The rolls were oddly flavored and unappetizing, and the grilled octopus was so tough we couldn’t even cut it with a steak knife. While the two scallops we received were actually quite good, the portion was small and didn’t make up for the rest of the meal falling short. On a positive note, the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, while the setting is hard to beat, the food quality was disappointing for the price point. We left wishing the cuisine matched the view.

    While the location is quite remarkable and the service was excellent the food was rather, average, at best. For appetizers, we had the lobster bisque and the beet salad. Both were amazing but the portion size of the beet salad is very small, not exactly worth the price point. For mains, we ordered the ribeye and kanpachi entrees. Both were simply underwhelming and left us feeling letdown. The ingredients seemed to be fresh enough, but altogether missed the mark! Additionally, the pricing doesn’t truly fit the bill here. It’s pretty outrageous for what you get, and that’s coming from Beverly Hills residents…
