Waiter was snarky / rude (and we aren’t sensitive people at all) and really ruined what could have been a 5-star restaurant experience. The check in system / separate line was odd and not explained. Every person in line was confused by it. The live musician was lovely but LOUD for brunch. The food was well worth the pain points. Best omelette ever.

We were so excited to dine at Bardot Brasserie, but the experience was lacking. Our server, Rylen, was lovely. I want to start by saying I genuinely do not think anything was his fault. He was attentive, polite, and fun! Our experience started fine. We ordered drinks, oysters, and a pastry basket to start. The oysters were great, with a delicious mignonette. The pastries were meh-the best was the cheese Danish, but none were anything to write home about. Our drinks took a bit to arrive, but were tasty though not garnished as expected. I had to request cream for my coffee- it was not offered when delivered. Then the wait. It took close to an hour to get our main courses. Rylen assured us it was being plated. 15 minutes later, still no food. He looked confused when he realized we still had no main courses on the table and assured us the manager was getting involved. Yet another table touch afterwards assuring us it was coming. When we finally received our food, we were all frankly so hungry we just wanted to eat. But nothing was hot. Toasted bread was not well toasted. My well done sausage was not well done. There was a skin that had formed on my friend's hollandaise. Even so, the food was underwhelming and would have been underwhelming if it were hot. Rylen did his best, and I would not want it said that he did not do well by us. But we never had a manager do a table touch. There was no offer to take anything off our bill. There was no offer of even something as simple as a fruit plate on the house. Not even an apology from management. They let us down as customers and Rylen down as staff. The lack of staff support from management was appalling. I love Michael Mina restaurants but this is one I will never return to.

Limited menu. Two items not available. Mussels were not fresh. Onion soup over cooked. Michael Mina?

It's not much sense making a reservation because they'll make you wait at reception for about 15 minutes anyway. The hostesses have a face as if they are in a bad mood. When we were seated, despite the friendly waiters, they kept us waiting for approximately 20 minutes to take our drink order. I was able to order a latte, but it never arrived after 40 minutes, so we decided to leave. They never took our order again, despite us asking the waiters for help.

F A B U L O U S Delicious food, wonderful service and a wedding anniversaries treat. Everything was brilliant. Shame this is in Las Vegas and not London. Can’t wait to come back.

BB, Bardot Brasserie, charges like a palace but serves like a proper brasserie—generous portions delivered by charmingly bewildered servers who managed a few endearing fumbles. The menu reads rather thin, but I struck gold with an off-menu lobster pot pie smuggled from Michael Mina's restaurant menu. In Vegas, where everything costs more than your mortgage, it's still a worthy gamble.
