   I found this restaurant on my Laundry’s app and decided to give it a try for a birthday dinner with my family. Even though I noted on my reservation that it was for a birthday event, and I was using a Laundry’s birthday reward, there was absolutely no acknowledgment or recognition of our birthday celebration. This was a little disappointing and I am not sure that I will visit this restaurant again for any future special occasions. This was also sad because the food was good and the service pleasant if not memorable.

   It had been years since I visited Kincaid’s. Took my dad for his birthday and they gave him a birthday card(nice touch). Food was fresh and excellent. Had the Salmon Pasta, Chicken Dijon, clam chowder and fish and chips at the table. All delicious.

    It’s really a shame that a restaurant with an ideal location and excellent food has such horrible service. After being seated we were ignored for 20 minutes and finally needed to ask the hostess for assistance. It took another 20 minutes to get a drink. Unfortunately one of the drinks was wrong but we had already waited so long, my husband didn’t send it back! I asked 3 times for a glass of water. It was 50 minutes to finally get it from the time we sat down. The food was excellent but I didn’t expect to spend 3 hours at dinner. This was an expensive dinner and the poor service ruined the experience.
