Set in the historic Old Post Office building in Washington, D.C., this Bazaar is the culmination of a 30-year dream for Chef José Andrés. Drawing inspiration from this iconic location, which first opened in 1899, the decor is crafted as an ode to the grand architecture, befitting of the avant-garde and Americana-infused delights within.

    My experience was exceptional. Andres took great care of my girlfriend and I on our special night with attention and patience. Alexi made sure we had an amazing anniversary/experience and we will definitely be back for more!

    There was a tall manager; Jeff Norton was not very welcoming at all. The other managers on duty were fantastic. The atmosphere was exactly what we expected. That managers demeanor (hospitality) specifically was not what I expected. The food was good and you all still made our evening memorable; manager aside.

    Everything was top notch for this, our 20th anniversary dinner. The menu and sequencing was thoughtful and intentional, even for a la carte. The ingredients were second to none. Service was warm and timely. Cocktails were amazing. Extremely memorable experience.

    Terrible, huge bill for little food. It was not even that delicious. Bite size for hundreds of dollars.

    An excellent culinary experience surrounded by the elegance of the Waldorf Astoria D.C. Enjoyed the "outside" seating and had a flavor blast with all the tapas ordered from their lunch menu. The service was first class and the whole team, especially Enrique made my experience a unique one. Highly recommend to experience José Andrés at its best at this outstanding venue in D.C.

    Ronnie was so amazing! He went above and beyond to make our lunch so fabulous. Even though my friend spilled champagne all over me, still a 10/10! What a great dining experience this was, from the starting plates to the dessert, 10/10!

    We celebrated our anniversary and at first they sat us next to the bar and after I requested to be reseated the manager approached us and immediately moved us to a private table. The service was great and the food was delicious.

    From the moment we were greeted at the door we were treated with amazing professionalism. Everyone from the wait person to the servers were fabulous and extremely attentive. The food was a culinary experience that none of us will ever forget and was well worth the cost of the dinner. This was truly an exquisite evening of food, service and ambiance!

    Food was absolutely spectacular (except not a huge fan of the new coffee and passion fruit steak - it wasn’t bad at all, but didn’t live up to the spectacle of flavor and whimsy of every other plate). Service was beyond wonderful. I’m so sorry that I don’t remember our server’s name….. (Javon…. Something?) and the sommelier was great as well. Impeccable service with distinct personality. Definitely worth a detour if you’re in dc. The Waldorf itself is grand and opulent (though some of the garishness and gaudy details betray its former identity of being a Trump hotel). Really lovely time. Will be back!
