    Our waiter was very friendly. Shrimp cocktail was good and the soups were delicious. The mussels were bland, my husband had the beet salad and liked it. However, dinner was not worth the money, I had the grilled grouper with mango salsa on top which they charge extra for, my husband and daughter had a grouper with rice and a habanero sauce. We also ordered two kids meals one had Mac and cheese which was way too salty and the other had chicken tenders and fries. We also ordered asparagus which was never served to us. We won’t be returning to the Chart house.

    Fabulous food and atmosphere for the July 4 holiday. The hostess accommodated us by seating us near a window to view the city fireworks displays! Thank you to the entire Chart House team. We will definitely return for future dinner opportunities!

    The Chart House offers a dining experience you won't regret. As soon as you enter the restaurant, a host or hostess greets you and makes you feel at home. The servers are warm, pleasant, energetic, and very attentive to your needs. Any questions you have about the drinks, menu, and specials are answered with helpful suggestions. Whether you're on a romantic date, out with friends, or enjoying a family dinner, The Chart House is a can't-miss dining experience. The menu has something for everyone!

    The positive: the food was delicious and the view is beautiful! Unfortunately, the service was incredibly poor and slow. We waited 30 mins after being seated for someone to finally come to our table to take our drink order. The restaurant was not busy at all but our waitress gave us the excuse that they “had to figure out between themselves who was the least busy to take our table.” Certainly not what we wanted to hear as we booked this reservation to celebrate a special occasion. Both my appetizer and main course came out incorrectly prepared. My husband ordered the “chart your course” menu and they forgot his dessert; we were instead presented with the check. They were kind enough to remedy the food mishaps but did not offer to take anything off our bill for all of the inconvenience. I would not recommend for a special occasion.

    The food and service were on point. That said, I did sense some hesitation in the staff’s body language,as if there was concern about whether I could pay, possibly because I’m Latina. It was subtle, but noticeable, and made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable despite the great meal. There was also repeated double-checking of my choices, especially when ordering more premium items, which added to that feeling.
