Tatum was a fantastic, detail oriented server. We enjoyed lunch options ( get the duck definitely) and then the teenagers ordered more from the happy hour menu. Everyone needs two entres, right? The ceviche was very large and delicious. We’d go back again, and will Do so when we can return in a couple of months. Looking forward to it!

We went there for our anniversary dinner. We had a sitter for two hours. Ordered food right away. Waited for over an hour and nothing. When we asked our waitress if the food was coming, she told us it would be another 20-30 minutes, because the kitchen was too busy. They only had about 20% of the tables occupied. They don’t do take out either, so why is the kitchen so busy? It would be better to say that they didn’t have enough workers show up. That we could understand. The fact that they’re trying to make excuses was disappointing, so we left.

Kitchen was way behind and it took over an hour and a half to get served our entrees.

We arrived at 6pm. We sat for 20 minutes being ignored. We finally asked a waiter if he was our waiter. The restaurant was not crowded. Our time there was 6pm to 9pm. Tables that came in after us were served and left before we were even served our entrée. . I would have left had it not been my friend’s birthday dinner.

The bacon wrapped dates were yummy. My Chilean sea bass, w squid ink noodles on a butternut squash puree was superb. My husbands prime rib was perfect. Note that the baked potatoes are huge! Dessert of crème brûlée w fruit ( we asked that they not put the powdered sugar on top) was the best and consistent w how it is served in France. Service was attentive w good recommendations. River sounds were magical. Coming back.

I do not understand why this place is so popular. I thought it was only “fair”, and that may be charitable at that. First, we each ordered the lobster bisque. We are from Boston where they know how to make it. When it came, no spoons were provided. The guy who brought it out said he would bring spoons but 15 minutes later, nada. My wife finally flagged someone down who brought us spoons. At that point, I told our server that mine had to be reheated. My wife was very hungry after not eating all day and she only had a few spoonfuls of her lukewarm soup and that was it for her. I had the KC bone-in strip steak and the peppercorn Demi. The steak was very thin and pretty tough. No way was this a USDA Prime cut and perhaps not even USDA Choice. It looked like it had been pounded thin to tenderize it. It did not cut easily, as if my steak knife was very dull, I had to lean on the knife with each stroke to cut each bite off. But it did come rare as requested; at least they got that right. I ate about half of the steak and brought the rest home for the dog to enjoy. My wife got the Chilean sea bass which, again, was only fair. She did not finish it. We ordered two bottles of wine but were left to refill our own glasses. The water service was competent, keeping our water glasses full, so that was a positive. But there was no bottled water offered. We did not stay for dessert after this. Finally, the ambient noise level was so loud that I could barely hear our server, even when she was shouting. A romantic dinner it was not! My wife and I barely spoke, as we are averse to shouting at each other, which is what it took to be heard over all the other noise. As for value, with a 20% tip and no dessert but with two bottles of Pinot Grigio priced at $55, we dropped $450 for a really disappointing experience There was absolutely nothing about this place that would merit more than two stars. I will not go back and I do not recommend this place at all.

Disappointed at E3. Food and service was mediocre at best. Steaks were over cooked (after waiting a while) and service was not up to snuff for the price point.

Salmon came out lukewarm, not hot. Filet was not cooked to request. They debated with us which is not what you want to have to deal with. They redid it and it came out much later and rate, also not as requested. So, not pleased with the protein side of equation. For the price, which is high, they need to nail it…which they didn’t by a wide margin.
