Our server was horrible. Server did not acknowledge my mother or say happy birthday even when I told her it was her 60th birthday dinner. Not worth the money.

Kona has always been good overall. However recently everytime was go the cost goes up as well. My wife and I had 2 appetizers I had 1 California roll and a drink. She had an entree and water. Cost was $90.00 ridiculous!

My husband and I had a nice time at Kona Grill. We ordered a couple different appetizers and some drinks during happy hour. Our waitress was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. I did not like the pay at the table kiosk they’ve added. After a nice evening with good service I want to close out with our server. Not a machine. Take note Kona Grill, these pay at your table devices are not the mark of a higher end restaurant.

I did not like our server. It was not attentive at all, and I could not really understand him, and the food was overpriced and underwhelming. And blah. The calamari was super good and my sake sangria was super good, but the cilantro lime needs redo and your prices are completely overpriced.

Wrong food brought to table, then server tried to talk us out of getting food we ordered by telling us it was very unpopular and has very low ratings. Had manager come to table and she removed the wrong order from our bill, which we appreciated.

The servers were very nice. But the food was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get some eggs and bacon and we were the only people there. It’s super overpriced and the food obviously sat under the warmers for the longest time because the pancakes were like leather by the time my kids got them. I will never come here again unless they drop the prices to $10 a place vs $25! Seriously, terrible!
