   Very poor service with having to wait long for the table service , servers would come to the next table and then turn around and walk away - happened multiple times I spite of us calling for them Almost felt racist treatment

   They completely dropped the ball. We sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come by our table with meat, and then it took 30 minutes to get the check after we asked for it.

   Our reservation was at 7:30pm, but we didn't get seated a little before 8pm due to the traffic in the front end of the restaurant. However, the service, food and the ambiance was great!

   Fogo de Chao has always been our go-to for a Brazilian steakhouse and have been to many in a number of cities across the country but this one has got to be the worst. We made reservations but because we were a few minutes late and did not arrive at 8:00 pm “sharp” (as our very rude hostess put it) our table was given to another party and we had to wait. When we were finally seated, we waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. After another 15 minutes of waiting and asking a third waiter where our drinks were, we were brought waters but still no drinks AND no meat cards. So here we are, almost an hour in and still had no drinks, no sides, and no meat. Guess they want you to fill up on the salad bar, which was lacking selection with some items even removed. Very disappointing.

   Service was very bad when we first started, we could literally see them servicing the 2 large tables next to each other and forgetting about us, almost waited 15 minutes between each serving, But once I brought this to the waitress attention , we started to get a serving almost every minute.

    Sorry to say the experience was lacking, sea food was over cooked. My niece waited for ever for some chicken breast. I won’t be returning.
