The lobster bisque tasted very watered down. Most of the meats we received were rubbery or overly burnt (chicken legs) and there was mold in the ceiling. Our server was great though!

Very disappointed that we took 2 different family members there for their birthday on 7/11/2025 and NO COMPLIMENTARY DESSERT for their birthday, we had to buy it. I let the waitress know that we were there to celebrate our two family member’s birthdays up front. Hell naw… nada…Called afterwards and ask why we had to pay for their dessert and was told that we had to go online to their actual companies website and let them know and they would have given a barcode for the waiter to scan. I put that information on Open Table and it was not mentioned at all the other things I was supposed to do to surprise our birthday family members with a sweet treat . Well Pal… a dollar short and a day late. We drove for over an hour to get to this restaurant. It has been a tradition for our family for over 15 years and I guess now, we will find a new spot that doesn’t make their guest jump through hoops. We will just support our local restaurants here in Hill County.

We love Brazilian Steakhouses, my favorite meat is the garlic picanha. Its actually the only reason I go to Brazilian Steakhouses. Unfortunately here its not cooked like the regular picanha (which theirs lacks seasoning on the fat cap.)Meaning they cut slices off that include the fat cap. Its served as a little chunk of meat with minimal to no fat cap and that's where the flavor is. My husband on on the other hand really enjoyed the lamb chops.

The food was delicious, and our only real complaint about the service is that it was perhaps overly attentive. The last two times we have been there the meat servers appeared in such rapid succession at our table that we weren't ready for more meat when they came, and then later in the meal, they became scarce. Also, there were a couple of servers that we simply could not understand, even after we had them, repeat the name of the meat (and we are not handicapped in this regard, speaking multiple language between us at our table.)

My husband and I were highly disappointed in the food and service quality. It seems as though Texas de Brazil has been on a steady decline. The meats were chewy and tough and the service was nearly nonexistent. We never received our bread and sides until after I asked for them since they never showed up and we were already halfway done with our meal. This was for my birthday, and I wish we would’ve gone somewhere else instead of pay $90 for a mediocre meal and a slice of chocolate cake. We will not be returning any time soon.
