We were encouraged to remove our sandals and were so happy we did, as it added so much to the ambiance. The beautiful Aruba weather, superb service, and excellent yet simple preparation of our meals created not just a wonderful meal but a beautiful memory for our family.
The only negative aspect was on that evening there were conflicting sounds of music coming from two nearby weddings so our musician raised his volume to compensate. This was unusual as we have visited other times when the quiet music was totally relaxing.

One of the best views we have ever seen for dinner. The ceviche mussel amuse bouche arrived and was a delicious tease to our taste buds. Next the macadamia encrusted grouper was perfectly cooked. Following our entree was a delectable palette cleanser, a lime sorbet. We ended our memorable meal with a creamy coconut creme brûlée.
I can't say enough about our waiter Oscar. He was knowledgable about our menu and very personable.

Dining right on the beach with very good food and service. Of course, we got unlucky with a cloudy evening so we couldn't enjoy a sunset, and it was, admittedly, a bit windy, but it was sufficiently unique dining that we wouldn't give it another thought to try again.
