Whenever in Orlando, I make it a point to eat at Seito. Whether it's sushi or a cooked meal....never disappoints Distinguished Gentleman roll started the evening off well and cooked rib eye meal did not disappoint.

I try to eat here whenever I'm visiting my mother. Everytime we come in, the staff is very friendly, very helpful, and gives excellent service. The food is fresh, beautifully prepared and presented, and arrives in a timely manner. I highly recommend the hamachi-kama, the agedashi tofu, and ALL of the sushi ;-) My favorite server is Nicchole; she always remembers me when I come in, remembers what mom and I like, and pays close attention to the details that are critical to a superior meal - like making sure my Mom's (who is elderly) sashimi is thinly cut so she can eat it more easily. Love this restaurant!

We receive great service every time we visit this restaurant. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. My only wish is that they change their low sodium soy sauce. It seems watered down and lacks flavor. The restaurant is clean and everyone is friendly.

I was a little disappointed that there are no more bento boxes on the menu, but I was told that was just a lunch item (we were dining for dinner). Service was great- very friendly. The tempura shrimp udon bowl was way more food than I thought it would be but that was not a problem at all. Always a great time for sushi though and the garlic lime edamame were delicious as well!

The waitress was wonderful. We went from table of six to twelve in a few minutes and they accommodated easily. Food was great. Many in our party had never been and they commented on how they would definitely need to return. Our waitress ensured that multiple drinks were filled, left water for our convenience, automatically split our checks and provided for our every need and request. Thank you!!! We had a marvelous time, just enjoying the food, the occasion, the atmosphere, and the company.

We went to Seito after a movie. It was my sons 12th birthday and his choice. Hostess told us it was a 45 minute wait. I quick pulled out my phone and made an OpenTable reservation an we were seated 10 minutes later. Told the waitress it was our son's birthday and he chose the restaurant. Her response was "Okay..." like what was the point of telling her that. She abandoned us after she brought the food and we had to chase down another waitress to get our check. As we're leaving the table she shows up with a complementary birthday dessert. We took it to go. Pretty disappointing. Tried to keep it positive for my son. Food was excellent as always.

Great food! Inventive sushi rolls. The Alaskan salmon was a special Thursday night and was the best sashimi I had ever had! Great sake bottles. The service didn't match up to the great food and restaurant experience. She seems unknowledgable on the menu and sake list, and unfamiliar with steps of service. Overall good experience with amazing dishes and great ambiance.

The four of us shared the Nigiri selection and a couple of classic rolls to start. All I can say was that the sushi was average (and not especially fresh) and the rolls were boring and bland. We looked at the selection of signature rolls and didn't like the sound of any of them, so we decided to go with hot entrees. The tempura (which arrived late) was soggy and limp and obviously not cooked in sufficiently hot oil. The Udon Soup was bland and uninspiring. The Bulgogi beef was over sweet and overcooked. The Chicken Teriyaki was good.

we have to drive nearly an hour to reach Seito, so we are not there as often as we might prefer to visit, but each visit is a great experience. The sushi, in particular, is, as one fan in our family said, the best he has ever eaten (including CA and HI) anywhere. The house white at happy hour, made us happy, very nice quality for a happy hour choice. Service is always friendly and prompt. In addition to all of these pluses, it is located next to a large and gorgeous Whole Foods, so if one dines or lunches during WF hours, it is possible to do one's grocery run at the same time, saving gas, time, and effort. We will be back again for another wonderful meal soon.

We have been fans of Nobu and Masa for years and this place comes real close on par right here in Orlando. From the delightful array of appetizers like the Hamachi Collar to the Kobe beef grilled on a traditional hot stone. It is done with style and flair while delivering an incredible quality that can rival many Japanese/Korean fusion restaurants from NYC, Miami, or LA. The sushi is also offered with the highest quality and the freshest available. The ambiance is happening like a top South Beach club as well as the bar drink selection. All of this with a price that is not so overwhelming. It was a five star experience.

My son loves sushi - really sashimi. He is very particular about freshness and quality of the fish. The selection was limited and the fish was OK. He said that he loves the noodle bowls, but would not order sushi here again. The ambience is very nice. The server was good. One member of our party ordered a noodle bowl with pork. The kitchen left the pork out of it. When this was brought to their attention, they brought the missing pork out on the side. It was a very small portion size. The manager graciously took the noodle bowl off our tab without us asking. Overall, a nice evening. Not somewhere I would seek out again, but I would go if someone else suggested it.

We decided to try Seito for my husband's birthday and it was AMAZING. The sushi was the best we have ever had, and we have been to a lot of sushi restaurants. My husband said his cocktail was the best he had ever had also. The staff was so friendly even after we got stuck in traffic and were a half hour late for our reservation. Dessert was complimentary because of my husbands birthday- tempura cheesecake and ice cream. It was so good. This place exceeded our expectations in every way and we will definitely be back. I'm so glad Seito helped make my husband's birthday a special one!

Why did they change their menu? The roll menus changed with many items that we were use to gone. The new combinations were ok and large portions but the price reflected it. It took a long time for them to be served. My meal included miso soup which was room temperature but not overly salty. I would have preferred it hotter but it was ok considering what happened with my meal. I order bolgogi beef. It arrived on a sizzling platter with a bowl of sticky rice. The beef was impossible to eat as it continued to sizzle and cook until my dinner guest finished his 3 rolls. I never could eat it. I asked for it to be packed to go.
