  • "I've heard many rave reviews about Season's 52 and this visit was my first while spending a month in San Diego. The restaurant did not disappoint me, which is an easy thing to do when all one has heard is raves. The services was exceptionally courteous, attentive and professional and the food was delicious, unique, and beautifully presented. I hope that Season's 52 will open a restaurant in Palm Springs where my primary residence is located. I'll definitely be back to one of their restaurants!"

It took 15 minutes before our server even came over to the table, then nearly 30 minutes for our meals to come out. One of them wasnt hoy.   • "The food was great as had in San Diego and Miami. Season 52 is always a guarantee, top quality restaurant with execellent food. Top appetizers, top main course, top mini desserts. The staff at the entrance was really polite and accommodating. This time the service at the table was not so good as the food quality, as the waiter didn't meet our expectation. We ordered few appetizers indicating what to serve together (what before what later), but we received the first 2 plates both destinated to my girlfriend and the remaining 2 to myself...so we should eat almost separately, not so fine. We also heard a burp from the barman, not so nice for such restaurant. Despite such sincpnvenience, I'll come back for sure."

  • "Went for lunch and staff was overwhelmed especially the front desk. Had a reservation but people went to the bar portion of the restaurant were served first and faster. Staff needs more training and managers did not help staff . Food decent but not great."

  • "We went for my mom's 80th birthday and happen to hit a night with a group of 120 people from a conference. Nevertheless, our waitress Ashley (I think) was super attentive to detail, and took great care of us. The food is always good at Seasons 52, and was again on Sunday."

  • "The food was excellent but service was very slow. It took about 30minutes to get our cocktails. We ordered a shrimp cocktail and they took it to the wrong table. We got there at 5:15 and our dinner was not served until 6:30. The manager came and comped ua our bill. I am willing to try it again"

  • "I made reservations a week in advance for our 28th wedding anniversary. I indicated it was our anniversary and a special occasion. They didn't even give us a good seat. They tried to seat us at a table in the middle of the room. I would think if you make a reservation and tell them it's a special occasion that would mean something to them. We had to wait 30 mins for a nice cozy booth. The hostess acted like we were being unreasonable. I ordered a glass of wine, waitress poured it and it had cork in it. She opened another bottle of the same wine and broke the cork. Then I sampled it and it was acidy. I ended up with a another much better wine but they should have comp'd the price difference. It'll be a while before we go back."

Wait staff Rob T In particular most excellent- asked us what time the show was and made sure to get us out on time! Very considerate of our needs. Have already recommended this place to others!"

On the reservation, I put a note it was a birthday dinner and they had a nice card on the table addressed to my friend along with a complimentary dessert with candle at the end of the meal. Food was delicious and nicely presented. The waitress was fun and interactive, but professional."

The dishes are all 475 calories or less and that does not explain how they can serve perfect portions that are satisfying, beautifully served and very, very tasty.   • "Love the location and the food but a bit disappointed by the service. Was there to celebrate our Anniversary with family. Our waitress was very friendly but was not receptive. The kids' water glasses were half to empty and not once did she noticed to refill for them. It's our special night and not a single complimentary dessert was offered. We ordered 11 of them. It would have been a simple but nice gesture. Service failed in comparison to Seasons 52 in La Jolla, our regular place."

  • "I live walking distance from the HQ and there are too many other restaurants that provide a better "price/performance" than Seasons 52. Apparently it was known among the condo dwellers that there is a lack of consistency at Seasons 52. My guest had chosen Seasons 52 and that is how I ended up here. Food Appetizer:filled mushrooms ok but little too salty, messy looking. Entree: trout, skin not crispy but fish perfectly cooked. Potatoes perfect, carrots undercooked - still crunchy. Dessert: cannot recall name- ok, little too sweet and tiny a shot glass size of dessert Cutlery - no appetizer size cutlery Service: efficient Ambience: neutral no specific atmosphere, felt like a cavernous aprés ski restaurant/lodge."

We also go to the one in Phoenix as well. This place is great for foodies and great for people who are trying to get portion control in order. The only complaint I have is they haven't started serving breakfast. LOL"

  • "I was originally sat at a booth and informed the hostess that it was a work lunch and if I could sit at a table. She was very accommodating and sat me promptly even though I arrived a little early. The waiter was very patient while my colleges and I conducted the business for the reason the lunch was called. I felt that the noise level was adequate. It was actually perfect. The restaurant didn't seem tired, but I didn't feel like people were on top of us listening to our conversation. I had lunch on Wednesday and Im writing this review on Saturday, I have already recommended this location and this restaurant to a few people."

  • "We had an enjoyable meal, much better than the last time. Mainly because we custom order our entrees. The spinach salad got an addition of tasty grilled salmon, the mahi tacos were even more delicious once we lost the "blackened". We liked the presentation of the three tacos on their unique tray and the sauces were a plus. Other than not having an option for ice cream, the dessert offerings were rescued by a fabulous array array of parfait selections."
