  • "This our second visit and we really enjoyed it. The steak and blue cheese flatbread for an appetizer was delicious. I had cedar plank salmon and it was a generous portion with lots of veggies. My husband enjoyed the pork tenderloin. Split a wedge sald and it was more than enough since ordered an appetizer."

  • "This was not our first time at Seasons 52. We have entertained clients and friends. The food is really good. But this is the second time that we had a disappearing server, we receive our menus and waited 45 minutes this time to have our order taken. I enjoy not being rushed, but felt service here is poor."

Our waiter was attentive wo being cloying and unusually perceptive about how to show us a lovely evening. We were in the bar area in a booth, w a piano/singer muted in the background; it was quieter than the main dining room, which seemed quite lively. 52 is women-friendly, interesting, beautifully appointed and delicious. Reasonably priced, very creative food; corn skillet side incredible. Highly recommend..."

  • "The food was excellent. Service was very good. Sadly we sat next to the door to the chef's table where people came and shouted to each other as each member of the group arrived. As a joke one of the party members locked the door keeping other members out. This of course, led to the "Let us in, let us in" chants. All of this happened next to out table. They had a great time, it did not make our experience a positive one. We have been before and will return. A nice place to go, just avoid the table outside he chef's table if there is a big party."

  • "This was our first visit for 4 adults. It was so loud we all had to shout while at our table to be heard. The atmosphere probably contributed to my rating. I ordered an IPA and the waiter came back and said they were out of it. They had no other IPA's available. The Greek Salad was quite good, but everything else was just okay. Speaking just for myself, I will never go back."

  • "On my reservation I noted that it was my anniversary. The waiters and greeters made the night extra special. We had complimentary champagne to toast with. Before I hand I brought the top layer of our wedding cake and it was completely frozen. They let it thaw put, sliced it and presented it to us as if it was something on their menu. The presentation was beautiful. I would recommend them to all of my friends. My server Tyrin Blakes did a wonderful job."

  • "Food was great! The service was absolutely terrible. Besides taking our drink/food orders... we did NOT see our waiter again until our check. He did not bring our food out, did not tend to us, and I had two other waiters actually come to our table because they saw we were not being taken care of. One came to us twice to take away our plates and later show us the desert choices. Another came over and thanks to him I was able to get another beer My fiance and I sat at our booth, for about 25 minutes after we had finished our plates with no service from our initial waiter at all. It almost felt like we could have walked right out without even paying, and no one would have noticed..."

  • "For GNO, four ladies...three raved about the filet. (One has ordered it previously and still loves it.). I ordered the scallops which were cooked perfectly and served with a very good risotto. We shared the steak and blue cheese flatbread which all enjoyed. I had the Greek salad which was so-so. Our server started out the evening in top form but was assigned to a large party and resulted in slow follow up as the night went on. He forgot someone's drink which was not normal for this server. I've had his table in the past so I know it was just the result of having a large group to contend with in addition to his other tables."

  • "The crab in my lump-crab wedge entrée salad tasted a bit 'off', and the lettuce was very bitter. The dressing was good, but there was so little of it that it did not dress the entire salad. The fruit slices had no taste. The service was not up to past experiences: My tea was delivered without sugar. When requested, it arrived without a spoon. When requested, I was brought a soup spoon. I asked for an iced-tea spoon, and was told they had none. But dessert was served with iced-tea spoons! Small things like this perhaps show that after only about 7 months after opening, this Seasons 52 is losing momentum rather than gaining. A hard look into the kitchen, as well as the training program for the wait-staff, may be in order."

  • "We had been looking forward to trying Seasons 52 and were not disappointed, the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was superb, except for 1 side dish that was promptly and graciously removed from our bill. The phone call from them the day before to confirm that we were celebrating birthdays was a nice surprise and our server was quite attentive about it. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the restaurant was considering it was the height of the lunch rush and most Houston restaurants are horribly noisy. At first we were a bit perturbed at being seated right next to the bar instead of in a dining room, but it did not cause any issue. This might not be the case, however, at night. We'll definitely be returning."

  • "I had previously dined on a Friday night with service and foot being better and the restaurant was very busy. We took another couple Monday night and were disappointed. The restaurant was not busy but our service was very slow but food was good. If I would have had the experience the first time I had Monday night I would not have taken a couple for the first time after sharing how great the restaurant was. Service is the number one thing and our waitress was nice but very slow, didn't even keep our glasses filled."

  • "We started with cocktails and the lobster flatbread and lobster spring rolls. As other reviews recommended, the flatbread was excellent. For dinner we had the salmon & corn risotto, the trout and the lamb chops. My husband requested a dry rub on the chops and was very happy with the outcome. The salmon was very good as was the snap peas it came with. A friend said the trout was very good also. Love the dessert mini's! And service was prompt and informative! One complaint was cell service, which was non-existent. We thoroughly enjoyed Seasons 52."
