    Mel excellent server. Congratulated us on our 51st. Appreciated the complimentary champagne. Steak perfect. Disappoint if blue cheese, sub w/ truffle. Mel took a fantastic picture of us. Mahalo to Mel!

    As usual, excellent service, excellent food, and enjoyed the atmosphere. This is our first time seated at a tandem table where both of us sat shoulder to shoulder facing other tables. They should not seat patrons in this manner. Other than that, everything else was top notch.

    Our server, Justin, was good as it gets. He was so so accomodating, attentive, curteous, and all you want from a server! I can't ask for more! I definitely would want him as our server again and again!

    Had family in town and went for their prime time classic menu, was greeted by Ryan (manager) and his friendly staff at the door as we checked in. Our hostess escorted us to our table and let us know if too much sun was coming in she could bring the shade down, very nice observation and thoughtfulness. Our server David was very thorough as was his team. Appreciate the good friendly atmosphere and service. He made sure our order was on point and Food quality was excellent. Started with calamari ended with chocolate ice cream and so much more in between. What an amazing dining experience. Mahalo Nui Loa!

    Ruth's Chris, Waterfront Plaza, Ala Moana Blvd is ideally located with access to many attractions in downtown Honolulu. Overall dining with Ruth's Chris at this location was a wonderful experience. Good food, excellent and friendly service makes this experience memorable. Follow-up visit is forthcoming.

    My family and I had a wonderful experience. The staff and food was five star. There was an event taking place. A phone call was received prior to our reservation to make us aware of the event that was taking place. An attendant was at the parking garage to provide assistance with parking. I cannot express enough our satisfaction with this location.
