   We came for lunch for my daughter’s birthday and had an amazing experience. Service was fabulous and food was outstanding. Our server was very friendly and prompt. Noise level was also very good. I was able to hear everyone at the table at any time. We will be returning if we find ourself in this part of Chicago again.

   Did not live up to its reputation. Food and service were both mediocre at best. And pricy. And worst of all, Fox News was on the tv over the bar. Really??? Pick a station more mainstream like sports or something.

   We got the specials for the night and they were outstanding! One was risotto with shrimp, the other was sea bass which had been freshly caught that day. Dessert were homemade pistachio ice cream and the chocolate 7 layer cake. Both were exceptional. Ambiance and service was top notch.

   Luis our server was wonderful ! He orchestrated our dinner from beginning to end & everything was perfect. The food was delicious -rigatoni in vodka sauce & Chilean sea bass with a connoli birthday treat to finish our perfect dinner

   Rosebud on Rush is our go-to spot when we are craving good, traditional southern Italian cuisine. Last night did not disappoint. The staff is always welcoming, courteous, friendly and attentive, from the hosts to the servers and bussers. Our server, Andres G, provided impeccable service and our food was outstanding. We enjoyed our dinner on the enclosed patio, watching the city pass by. Strongly recommend.

   We had a wonderful lunch in the tented outdoor area. To begin, we both had a Bloody Mary, and they were sooo good! We split the wedge salad and it was very good. For entrees, I had the Rigatoni alla vodka with chicken, and my husband had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Both were delicious. Beneto was our server and he took great care of us.    This restaurant was disappointing. It is unfortunately another example of restaurants in this neighborhood that are focused on volume, not quality. The pasta was overcooked, the bread flavorless, and the salad generous but very plain. It was also very loud. The service was the only bright spot. I was seated and served quickly and did not wait an unreasonable amount of time for anything. The servers were efficient and friendly.

    Jamie was our waiter. Phenomenal job! Made some excellent recommendations including the burrata salad was wonderful, the wine was exquisite, and the main entrees melted in our mouths. There’s a reason we come to Rosebud on Rush every time we come to Chicago! Always a great experience!!
