Diner Reviews
  • "I suggested Rodizio Grill in Voorhees to my brunch companion, who was in the mood for "Meat." I can confidently say Rodizio Grill was the Best Choice. A friendly hostess quickly seated us in a great spot. Our server was very helpful, explaining the options and procedures and shortly brought us those wonderful Fried Bananas! The salad bar had many attractive-looking choices and every one that we tried was excellent. When we flipped up the green end of the widget (that's Brazilian slang, no?), the meat appeared - and kept coming. We tried it all - beef, turkey, pork, sausage. Each cut was tender and flavorful. The atmosphere was relaxed and suitable for couples as well as larger families. I'm ready to return!"

  • "We had a wonderful time at Rodizio Grill. The atmosphere was casual and laid back. The food was phenomenonal! At first it seemed we were being served the same items over and over but as soon as we spoke to our waitress the pace picked up. The lamb was melt in your mouth good! Even though we were full from dinner we couldn't pass up dessert. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food was wonderful. I highly recommend dining at Rodizio."

  • "They do not have menus to look at so we understood verbally that everything was included except drinks. Dessert was not included which we did not understand and so our bill was much higher than we were anticipating. Very expensive for what you get. Small salad bar with few choices. You can either choose just the salad bar (which was small) or the whole experience which was as much meat as you wanted. We chose the whole experience which was way overpriced because how much meat can you eat?"

  • "First time there and it was enjoyable. The wait staff was very attentive."

  • "Most of the meat was flavorless, which was a super disappointment. To add insult to injury the sides were chancy at best with runny "mashed" potatoes and mislabeled spinach suffle that was actually sautéed collard greens. They did have good chicken and turkey choices and the roasted pineapple was divine. Still, I'd recommend you save your money and hit one of the other Brazilian style barbocoa restaurants. The location is what drew us here but we'll gladly travel to Philly for a totally satisfying experience."

  • "Perfect place for a gathering. They had no problem seating us even though only 4 were there. We ordered drinks and were able to go to the salad bar. Our friends showed up 10 minutes later and the waitress just rolled with it. Offered salad bar and when they returned, we put the green light on for the meat. Plenty of time to relax and chat in between visits from Los Gauchos with the meat. Quite a variety of meat, chicken, and sausages so everyone could eat what they want, and how much they wanted. We had drinks and dessert and just split the check. Great for groups because is is all one price and nobody feels like they are buying someones expensive menu choice! Perfect for groups!"

  • "Went here on a Saturday and the only reservations we could get was at 4pm. The wait staff have good customer service. Salad bar was pretty good. Meats are not well seasoned and full of fat. I would get slab of fat and about a tiny part of meat itself. Like every other reviewer said, fogo is much better. We were also seated directly where the sun hits! Manager came to check on us and informed her that the sun is the problem and all she could say was "we are actually going to get some blinds in a few weeks and I'll make sure that your waiter will keep you hydrated." I heard another party complained about the sun as well and got the same reply. With that said, being pregnant and eating directly under the sun is not so pleasant!"

  • "I went with a girlfriend to Rodizio Grill on a Friday night. Service was excellent, and 2 managers came over to check in with us. The meat selection was great, but the salad bar was really disappointing. But hey...you're not really there for salad, right? I would go again, but more for a special occasion."

  • "The 3 stars is only for some of the meat, mainly the beef, because too much of the other meats were dry and overcooked. The hot "salad bar" items were not good, and the appetizers were forgettable. The gouchos bringing the meat around we're far more attentive than our waitress, who was nice whenever she bothered to show up. The decor and location require far more attention to detail than this particular franchise provides. Compared to a Brazilian place in NYC is really not a comparison, it's a "go-see-what-your-competition-is-doing-far-better-than-you-are-doing." I'd travel 2 hours for a much better experience than 15 minutes for a waste of $45 per person. Don't go unless you have 2 hours and lots of money to waste."

  • "I am from Texas and really love meat, especially beef. It was my first time dining at a Brazilian Steakhouse and I have to say it was very enjoyable. I will definately return. There were plenty of meats to try and it was worth it."

  • "Everything was very good. A lot of variety and the food was very good! I would have waited a bit more to relax in between, but we were just learning the "system" and by then I was stuffed! Good experience though!"

  • "All in all, we were satisfied with our dinners. We had one 8 year old, and the restaurant was very good at not over-charging for his meal (he ate hardly anything). We had an early reservation, 4 PM, and we had to remind some of the servers to come over to our table. We did feel like we were being ignored. However, once brought to their attention, they did improve their service!"

  • "Hello, great time in the restaurant because I wasn't able to eat beef I was hoping for at least two kinds of seafood. Tim"

  • ". My family decided to meet and celebrate my birthday a week ahead of time since we all have other plans during my actual birthday weekend on the 29th. It was the first time for them and they truly enjoyed it, and we all will be returning!"

  • "Went to Rodizio for the first time.....was pleasantly surprised....loved the concept of the meat coming to your table and carved and unlimited as well"

  • "Had a party of 7 the night we ate at Rodizio. We were welcomed and our table was ready when we arrived but, because we were still waiting for another couple, we were directed to the bar. Ok, but if our table was ready what was the problem seating us immediately? To get to our table, we had to navigate a tight route snaking by other tables and the bar. Again, not too bad...until the restaurant started to fill up. Between the bar patrons and the other diners there wasn't a whole lot of room to walk. Net result: would we go back? Absolutely! The food is not to be missed. But I do wish they'd consider removing a couple of tables so diners won't be knocking into purses hung on chair backs, bar patrons, and other diners..."

  • "food served is never disappointing - just restaurant should prepare better for large groups who get served first and take all the offerings. didn't like being offered that table's scraps. should have two sizes for sangria pitchers or be informed by server that only size is $35 and a lot for two people to drink"

  • "Rodizio was an amazing experience in dinning. From the hostess at the front door to the young man cleaning the tables, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even the managers were visible and willing to help in any way. But the most impressive part of the whole experience was the never ending parade of meats. Every single thing was delicious. I will say this, if you aren't a major carnivore it can be a bit overwhelming. That said it was still one of the best places I have eaten in a very long time."

  • "Food was just average and the service was the same. I am not in a rush to go back. For the price I would just walk down the the end of the corner and get an incredible meal at Catelli Duo."

  • "We discovered this place driving to a mall that we don't always use. We looked up the information and decided we would try it. We went to a similar restaurant before. It was pretty expensive. The food was pretty good. We were more impressed with rodizio grill. They had great food and great prices! We also feel like our children are welcomed there! We love it so much that we have been there more times than I can count over the past year, including bringing friends and relatives on several occasions! So glad to have discovered this place!! My children love the experience too!!"

  • "Overall I had a good experience, the waitress was not as attentive/friendly as we liked or used to and you saw a lot of waiters/service congregating talking laughing-instead of being more attentive to their customers. The manager was great! Introduced himself and was friendly and welcoming. The meats were really good and the desert. I do think its an excellent price for what you get."

  • "Restaurant is lovely. Salad bar is extensive, can be a wonderful meal. Service was quite attentive. The selection of meats etc. is wonderful. Our only problem (minor) was getting meat rare enough for our taste."

  • "For those that cannot make up their mind as to what type of food they are in the mood for, this is the place to go. They bring around all kinds of meat freshly cooked and you chose - beef in a variety of cuts, chicken, lamb, turkey. The grilled pineapple is the best!!! Sometimes they bring around seafood, but on this visit, none was offered. Even if you are not a meat eater, their salad bar is fantastic!"

  • "Rodazio Grill is a great place to dine, where else can you "sample" unlimited meats. The carving staff is wonderful and arrive at your table with a smile and tell you what kind of meat he is serving. A surprising Birthday wish is sung to you on your birthday with the beat of a drum."

  • "I did the reservation on line, and even though we got there a bit early we were seated right away. Serving help and our main server were all Johnny-on-the-spot. Salad bar was well equipped with just about everything imaginable. The meat and fish offerings were all very good, although we did get some gristle laden pieces of red meat, but it was minimal. Roasted pineapple was 2nd to none. We did not have room for desert. Noise level was a bit high, but tolerable. When I mentioned at the end that it was my wife's birthday, they insisted on bringing out a small piece of chocolate cake with the requisite candle. We asked that they not do their "bongo - conga" dance line, however, which they do to announce birthdays. Overall, very pleased!"

  • "Had fine there for my birthday, been wanting to go back and double date night was the prefect excuse. Though it was very busy only had to wait 15 minutes for my table. The food was great, although it clips offer more selections to people who like well done."

  • "Amazing selection at the salad bar, but don't fill up there, because you're about to be pleasantly inundated with a variety of tender cuts of beef, pork, chicken and lamb. Kinda hard to tell a long story with the gauchos constantly coming to your table with their offerings, but it comes with the territory of a Brazilian steakhouse. If you're looking for a fun, unique experience that's slightly less expensive than similar restaurants in Philly, this is the place to go."

  • "The only real bad thing is the meat gets cold while their running around serving it. They try their best to serve it promptly but it loses a lot eating cold rubbery London broil. The salad bar is great I actually could do without the expensive meat service and just do the salad bar."
