Always the best dining experience. Food is incredible and always consistent. Service is exceptional. From wait staff to service staff replenishing water etc, it’s always on point. Our favorite waiter, Paul, has been taking care of us for years and is so knowledgeable with specials of the day and how each and every dish is prepared along with sides etc. This is our favorite go to!

Excellent service always provided by Megan, Paul and Antonio. Food is prepared fresh and served hot. We have it on our schedule almost weekly!

Another great experience at Via Roma. Great to see Dee is now there on occasion and lending her always professional expertise. Paul was fabulous, as always. Always enjoy dining here.

Unfortunately, they put us at a very noisy table. The waiter was not attentive at all just wanted us out. The air conditioning was dripping water onto myself and into my plate. Unpleasant birthday experience for a lot of money.
