   Hostess are the worst. The attitude they show its unacceptable. We made reservations and they made us to wait for extra 15 min then took us to wrong table. Instead of apologizing they were showing an attitude. It was mother’s day and these people had very little regards about ruining mood for the guests of the restaurant. Food took forever to get but was good. Overall experience was ruined just because people up front can’t do the job. Its not the first time we get this problem at this place. Its a complete different story with the RPM Italian in Las Vegas where from the beginning to the end you get top notch service

   Excellent food Server was great - hostess thou were a lost cause trying to sit people. It’s actually embarrassing they couldn’t handle something so simple.

   All dishes were cold, including my wagyu steak, but the service was great. Chalking that up to a very busy day.

   Six of us ate here for and Early Mothers Day. Service was excellent. She was attentive. We started with the Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia bread. It was excellent. The Caesar's salad was perfectly dressed and nice parmesan crisps. The pepperoni pizzette was maybe 8-9 " filled with pepperoni. We had two carbonara's. One was good the other was under-cooked, a sign that they weren't tasting the noodles. It comes with an egg yolk which they break and mix with the noodles and few pieces of guanchali. I should have sent the undercooked one back. The giant prawns were huge. You get 5. The chicken parmigiana is a huge portion. two large pieces of chicken breast and it comes with spaghetti. The favorite was the short rib bolognese. The carrot cake was huge, five layers which looked as good as it tasted.

   RPM Italian is one of my favorite restaurants, but this visit was below standard. While the food was excellent, the service was extremely slow and the server was very inattentive. We waited 15 minutes for the drinks, waited 15 minutes to have our food orders taken, and after our leftovers were boxed up we waited again for about 15 minutes for the waiter to come back to take our dessert orders. The new app to pay also wasn’t working but our waited never came back so we had to leave the table and ask the host to get take our money. I don’t know if the server had too many tables or what, but last night was one of the worst service experiences I have had at this restaurant, which saddens me because I truly love going there.

    I have been here before, but tonight's visit just seemed a little off. My steak was way over done and our appitizers were warm, like they had been sitting out awhile. For the price we paid, it just didn't seem on par with what I have had in the past.
