    We went to jump for Mother’s Day brunch. The food is and always has been excellent Jump and we enjoyed our meal. In regards to service, it was not up to the regular standards. They seem to be shortstaffed both in the kitchen and on the floor. There were long delays between the appetizer and the main course and then another long delay between the main course and dessert such that we had to take our dessert order to go because it was taking too long to arrive. One of our guests had a commitment for 4 PM and left before they could even consider providing dessert. Despite being a fix price menu we were not offered the fourth dessert to go. Our waitress was overwhelmed, and we all noticed that when she gave us the three desserts to go she was not paying attention to us and ended up tossing the bag with the desserts onto the table and kept walking. I find it interesting that restaurants provide you with suggested tip percentages and Jump starts at 15%. I am capable of using my own judgement to tip and do not require being told what a threshold is for tipping.

    We have been to Jump sereval times over the years. Always a great experience!! The staff from the moment you walk in the door until it is time to go are all great. Always making us feel welcome and comfortable. Dinner was awesome and the wine was smooth and went well with our meals.

    I had the Schnitzel Game Day special. What disappointed me was that it tasted a little one noted. No real outstanding flavours. Also, I was really looking forward to the mustard sauce as shown in the picture and it was basically absent from my plate. Sorry, but was not as advertised.

    I celebrated my birthday at Jump, food was delicious, service was outstanding, Laura was an amazing server the whole evening that we spent here!💗 definitely will be back 🎀✨ my mom also said, that food was fantastic and service was 100/10!🥳
