Got there early and checked in. They went in order to seat people and skipped over us. After everyone was seating, we were the last standing and I still had to approach and said we were there and checked in. No acknowledgement of the oversight. They just said we will seat you now. As a result of being seated last, it took quite a while to order and get food. The tray needs a little better mix of sweet and savory. There was a lot of sweet. The food tasted and looked very much like a decent wedding reception. Not bad, not amazing.

High Tea was such a lovely experience from beginning to end! Javier took excellent care of my mother and I. We felt lucky to be seated right next to the harpist - my mom was enthralled. Food was excellent and replenished to what we liked at no cost. Tea selection was perfect and hot water replenished consistently. We never needed anything. Feels nice to be doted on in a fancy place! Would definitely come again with gals!

I absolutely adored Afternoon Tea at Palm court! From the moment myself and my party walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The Teas were absolutely Devine (The Drake Tea is my favorite) and I loved that the venue easily and quickly accommodated my being vegetarian and provided the most delicious finger foods! Michael was amazing and I will treasure what was a great experience. Thank you for being the highlight of my Chicago trip🥰

Wonderful tea experience ! Beautiful ambiance and great tea. Food was also quite delicious. Our server was great and the support staff never let us run out of hot water or iced water. Server even helped with swapping some sandwiches due to an allergy. Give this spot a highly recommend!

This was my second time at the Palm Court for afternoon tea and I absolutely love it! Sead was absolutely delightful as our server, the tea selection was fantastic, the ambiance was beautiful and the accommodations for allergens were so appreciated. The food was maybe a bit too sweet for my taste overall, but that’s a personal preference. Everything I ate was delicious and fresh.
