    The butter bake is always worth the visit. Need to serve half portions of sides like other high end steakhouses.

    Mastro's was everything I expected it to be and more. The food, ambiance and service were all 10/10. Jason was a great server and very attentive. He made excellent suggestions from the menu and checked on us throughout our experience. I would gladly return to Mastro's at any location based on the experience!

    They made my niece’s 17th birthday an experience to value forever. The steak was the most tender cut of meat I’ve ever had in my life. 100% coming back!

    Our party was sat in the bar area. Live singer so higher noise level. For The price point, service was very mediocre. I’ve been here before and had a great experience but this time wasn’t great.

    The meat was overcooked It was not medium as we requested and when we complained nothing was done They tried to compromise offering a free dessert which is unacceptable

    My experience yesterday was a 10/10,the food and drinks are always made to perfection and I always feel welcome anytime I come here,Mastro’s is one of my top favorite restaurants to go to, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn’t been

    This restaurant is on the pricey side. We found d Free street parking and loved the live music performance. Pros: 1) Free parking nearby if your reservation is early enough 2) The meat cooking preference (medium) was done perfectly 3) Live music 4) servers were very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. Cons: 1) A server poured water in my gingerale thinking I needed a refill of water. Did not ask just walked up and started pouring. He did apologize and bring me another, but the cup was full of ice and I could tell the bottle hadn't been refrigerated so it watered down quickly. Also given how much ice was in the cup I could tell I didn't get the full bottle 2) We Did not like eating from the sauté frying pan. It may be your restaurants thing, but we did not find it appeasing at all. The last thing we wanted to do was navigate a searing hot pan along with the heated plates while trying to eat. 3) The spinach and the Kentucky steak were incredibly salty the scalloped potatoes had absolutely no salt at all and I had to keep a balanced pallet while eating. I would perfet to salt and pepper to taste. 4) we declined the plating of the food by the servers multiple times. One server just picked up one of the utensils to place food and we had to visibly decline due to the language barrier. 5) One of the older servers kept trying to take food from our table thinking we were finnished.

    Terrible service - when we were mid way thru the meal we had a steady flow of helpers trying to take our plates when we asked specifically to have it all left for a bit. It was very minute or two. Asked for the manger to voice concern - no concession no apology. Then waitress approach, slid the check next to me and walked away. Not a word! No dessert no nothing —. First and last time back forever !
