   We made a last-minute reservation on a Friday night. I was surprised we could get in, and even more surprised when we walked in and it was like a ghost town. One server and one bartender on the first floor. No customers. Server was friendly and greeted us. We checked out the two counters downstairs and then went upstairs to the other two. A handful of occupied tables on the patio and one inside. The folks behind the counter and the staff working the dining room were just not friendly or engaging. We ordered from the Italian place and the Asian fusion place. No one from either counter spoke to us when we picked up our orders, and when my husband went back up to the counter to ask for a soup spoon for his pho, the dude shuffled to the back, disappeared for a minute and shuffled back - “Yeah. We don’t have any.” Okay, cool. Pho with a teaspoon. 👍🏻 Fettuccini was great, as was the pho, but the service just put a damper on the whole experience. I know the service industry is rough, and in this case, it made a negative impact on our impression. I don’t know that we will be back.

   Very nice concept. Four different kitchens with different food offerings. The staff was all friendly and the food was very good. I will go back to try the other kitchens.

   The concept is convenient but it is not Fine Dining. It’s more like a FoodCourt. It was not busy when we went there but if it was crowded it would be noisy since the floors are polished concrete. Staff was attentive and food was good.

   Group of 5 had a night at the Nelson-Atkins Museum Niki de Saint Phalle Artist exhibit. Then 8pm reservation at Strang Chef Collective on The Plaza. The food was amazing and the quality/presentation was beautiful.
