Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier and educator Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With five in-house sake sommeliers, an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Fantastic experience! All of the food was amazing. We had the hamachi crudo (had to order 2 it was so good), the pork belly, the short rib gyoza, and raw oysters. The sake cocktails were also delicious as was the sake alone. Very knowledgeable sake sommeliers who were attendant and dedicated to finding the sake that best suited our palates. Will definitely return!

Our first time and it was fabulous. We had a great experience. The sake and food was excellent. They were very knowledgeable about sake. We can’t wait to go back.

Probably my favorite spot in St. Pete. The word is out though so you need a reservation. The pork belly is going to thrill you. We went with friends and tried everything on the menu, truly superb. If you’re thinking about it, book it.

I been a year ago where the food was excellent. Something clearly happened as the food was not great, some items were not even edible. Drinks were great and service was okay. It was so sad to experience this as I was so impressed last year.

In Between Days is an izakaya-style tasting menu restaurant with a focus on sake. It may have the widest selection of sake in Florida. The staff are helpful in selecting particular sakes to drink based on your preferences of characteristics (sweet, dry, rich, fizzy, etc.). The food menu is a limited selection of small plates, quite good but not necessarily filling. Two vinyl turntables play an eclectic selection of music at a volume level that does not hinder conversation. Overall it's a wonderful experience if you like this sort of thing.
