Important to note the waiter was great, super nice, and worked very hard. It's also important to note he was just about the only waiter and was trying his very best however overwhelmed. Due to that, we had to wait 15+min for our drinks after our order was placed. Drinks where fine, my Cesar's salad came and they had forgotten to add dressing. Then our meals came which was 2 filet mignons, they were cooked 2 different ways and the food expediter didn't know which one was which so back to the kitchen they went... The menu description should have read "some steak with your salt" not filet! Everything was totally salty except the mashed potato's. For being on a gorgeous island and going for whats suppose to be a nice dinner, well it wasn't like that. I blame management because it all starts at the top. Waiter was great and will never go back to BLT in Turks, Aruba or anywhere. What a joke for the price. I never write negative reviews but this was a joke. Forgot to mention, once we sat we were asked if we wanted water. Well come to find out that was a $13 additional charge. We also saw a couple that was sat the same time as us 2 tables over and they left because nobody went to serve them. I couldn't care less about the money especially if you are willing to pay a few hundred for a meal but the principle of hammering you and ripping off is what urks me! Seriously disappointed!!!

Excellent experience. Staff thoroughly professional, friendly and polite. Pleasant ambiance, not pretentious at all, but nonetheless met expectations for The Ritz quite comfortably. The food also met expectations, our 7oz fillets were particularly good, coming from a culinarily spoiled NYer. Thus far the best restaurant we’ve enjoyed here on Turks.

This restaurant was amazing!!! The staff was so friendly and impeccable service. The food takes your breath away . Very good . The best restaurant on the island. It expensive, but you get what you pay for .

Excellent service. Outrageous prices. 2/4 steaks had to be sent back to get to the desired temp but they corrected it with a smile. (Overall would recommend if you were ready to spend $$$$$.)

Hostess did not do a good job. Requested wine list after being seated. She disappeared. Had to ask manager for wine list. Our waiter didn’t come around for awhile. Waited almost 30 minutes to order a drink. Place was only half full. Server brought wrong wine at first. After that things went more smoothly. Steak was prepared correctly. Alpheus did a good job.
