   Brett was an amazing host for the Bourbon experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time! Will definitely come back when we are in the area again!

   I was there with my best friends for my 46th birthday and Conner took care of us exceptionally well. The food was amazing per usual….. the jalapeño margarita that was made was fabulous! And for dessert, we had the espresso martinis that were just amazing. Conner was exceptional with service descriptions interaction, and just lovely. He helped us out tremendously with selecting the ribeye and the Bronzino.

   Great place and amazing food. We already book reservations to come back for a war story and whiskey tasting.

   My wife and I went for my birthday. We were kindly greeted at the door by the hostess and both waiters Autumn and Joey that we had were excellent, courteous, and very informative as they went over the menu with us and made some great recommendations and answering all of our questions. The service was excellent and they really made me feel special when they brought out a complimentary dessert for my birthday. The noise level in the restaurant was not too loud and not too quiet it was perfect for having conversation.

   Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. My girlfriend and I came here for an anniversary and they made the experience truly memorable. I've lived in the area for a few years and have been to many restaurants, including popular spots like Bern's. Urban Stillhouse stands out as the best I've experienced. The food is excellent (I recommend the bison and short ribs), and the service is exceptional. Fast, friendly, and personal service from start to finish. I'll definitely be back and will recommend this place to others.

   From the beginning of walk in g into the the Urban Stillhouse was very beautiful and so different. We sat at the bar and it was such a treat . The food and the drinks were amazing . I can’t wait to go back and share this experience again.

   Service was amazing! Love the ambiance. The food was disappointing. We had the smoked venison tartare and it was very salty. The mushroom soup was good. For entrées we had the bison steak and the beef short rib. No complaints about the beef short rib. The creamed brussels sprouts were phenomenal! The bison steak was raw and while tender, just OK. Didn’t have a lot of flavor. For a side, we tried the goat cheese, potato gratin. They were extremely dry, and even the bartender was surprised at how dry they were because she said they’re normally phenomenal. The cheesecake was pretty good, but not great. Might consider going back and trying other things because we had high hopes!

Next time you are in please, let a member of leadership know so we can make sure your meal is top notch in house. Definitely give the Au Gratin abother chance, when prepared correctly, they are literal gold and just melt in your mouth.    Open environment… hard to hear. Chairs back hard .. not comfortable. Snapper dinner smaller than expected for price. No side included. Not a good value. Food tasty

   Hi Rob, Sorry to hear to did not meet expectations during your visit with us. We do recognize, not every one loves our seating options. However, we do have many! We will make note for your next visit, to be sure we seat you in a different style. The snapper, as far as side is meant more as a stew style dish, so the "side" is the broth, vegetables and calms that come in the bowl. In the future though, we are more than happy to substitute this for a side of your choosing if you'd like. We hope to see you again soon.     Fantastic place. Food was delicious. Drinks were amazing. Only negative would be the bar seating. I’m 5’6” and struggled to comfortably reach the top of the bar to eat. Seats are too short for the bar top if you’re going to eat. And once it fills up, it’s nearly impossible to get out of your chair without disturbing others because the chairs are on top of each other.
