   The restaurant was practically empty, which is fine as it was a long weekend and people usually have get togethers at home! We went there as we had a great experience in the past and the food was very good! This was a very disappointing visit. The server had nothing to do yet took a very long time to come. He seemed very disinterested in making us feel welcome. We ordered ice tea as our dinner was delivered and he never got it! We finished the dinner and we called and told him, "we don't need the ice tea as our dinner is over" and all he said was "oh yeah I forgot!". He did not try to say anything to make it right!. He brought the check and we waited for ten minutes for him to come grab it, ultimately we went looking for him and he was sitting with two other staff members nicely chatting. We called and gave him the credit card to be charged. Again, no need to say sorry! We are forced to wonder, how would the service be if this place was crowded! We were literally the second to last party to leave the restaurant and it was just 8:00PM. I wish good luck to the management with such mediocre service that too in a suburb like Schaumburg where all restaurants as always buzzing...specially ones with a good ambience like MEZE. I would also suggest they include some more popular mediterranean dishes like falafel!

   Ate in the bar. Denise was our server and she could not have been more pleasant and attentive. Some of the best food I’ve ever had.

   Parking lot a little ehhh. Some pieces falling off building. Wine good. Food ok, a bit slow service. Needed water. Portions smaller side for price.

The decor is stylish yet comfortable, making it perfect for both a relaxed night out or a special occasion. The food is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic Mediterranean flavor, and you can tell great care goes into each plate. The grilled meats were tender and seasoned to perfection, and the small plates were ideal for sharing and exploring a variety of tastes. The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Whether you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just looking for a top-notch dining experience in Schaumburg, Meze should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back!

   We celebrated our granddaughter’s graduation here. We heard good things about the food but were amazed at how fantastic and fresh everything was. We had excellent service and the ambiance was just beautiful. I wish we had tried dining here sooner! We will be frequent visitors! Hummus and lamb 10 stars!!!!!

   service was hard to receive since bartender/server wasn’t around food just alright big portions reflect price artichoke appetizer was not appetizing and serve asked no questions if we enjoyed it or not
