"Our waiter, Matthew Jarvis, might just have been the best I've ever had. However, I can't say the same for the maitre d'. The flowers that I had arranged to be delivered were put on another couple's table. My wife thought it was a sweet gesture. I'm sure the woman at the other table thought so as well, until she read the note that accompanied the flowers :-)."

"Had an amazing first meal at Orsay this past week. I had wanted to check it out for quite some time. The food, service, and atmosphere. By far exceeded my expectations. Our party of three all ordered different dishes, the filet, the pork chop and the beef bourgion. We shared bites and no one was disappointed. Our server was able to make suggestions and recommendations with ease. We will be returning and telling our friends about Orsay for sure!!"

"This is one of our favorite spots. We love the happy hour in the lounge with half priced oysters from all over.
Food and service are always amazing. If it is your first time try the steak frites!"

"I would say this is one of the nicest restaurants we've been to lately. It is a bit pricy and I don't care much for the a la carte aspects of the menu. We had the port shank, a very good dish, but the lighting is dim in the restaurant and I had a hard time reading the menu. I didn't understand that this dish came with a side of potatoes that was very good, so to complement the main dish we ordered a side of mashed potatoes and a salad. It would have been nice had our waiter (the service was very good) noted the potato issue for us so that we wouldn't have two orders of potatoes with our meal. Not to mention the extra cost for the side dish. Other than that, I'd recommend the restaurant."

"I love Orsay. This is my 3rd time there and each time has been great. I was disappointed to know I could not order from the regular menu at 3p on Sunday. They only had the brunch menu. However, I was able to find a great selection from the menu and the food was great."

"We've been many times for brunch and dinner excellent drinks, food and desserts always. Sure bets are; steak frites, roasted oysters, french pear martini, and escargot plus don't forget to try the house made ice cream and dessert."

"Awesome...Best restaurant in Jacksonville! Amazing drink specialties, menu and service!! Started my birthday celebration with a Blood Red Orange Martini:) Once seated, our server,
Adam, brought two complimentary glasses of champagne for a birthday gesture. We had the Prince Edwards Island Mussel's appetizer. I used to think Timpano's had the best mussels, but Orsay's are over the top yum! The Ceaser Salad was to die for with poached egg and anchovies. For entree I ordered the Sea Scallops, which are served with arugula risotto and arugula salad with lemon walnut vinaigrette. I highly recommend! Steve ordered Roasted Black Hog Farm Chicken, which is there local farm. Perfect! Finished with Stawberry Shortcake and coffee.FABULOUS!!!!"

"Orsay never fails to please. Even as a pregnant woman who has to abstain from alcohol, most charcuterie, the raw bar, and any raw cheeses, there are plenty of wonderful options. The mussels are always fantastic. My husband enjoyed his bouillabaisse, though it was less brothy than the last time he had it. My cassoulet was rich and comforting - just as it should be - and we both really enjoyed the brussels sprouts with lardons. My favorite item of the night may have been the grapefruit sorbet with dessert - just bitter enough and really refreshing. Thanks again for another lovely evening."
