Owner and Orange County native David Hanna, also original owner of Haute Caffe, is an experienced restaurateur and a long time resident of Rancho Santa Margarita. Dave saw the need to create a new restaurant venture in Rancho Santa Margarita and his inspiration was due in part to the combination of his rich Mediterranean cultural influences, coupled with a new American approach.
