Ate in the lounge. Excellent server and bartender. They were not busy. Ordered 6oz truffle filets. Asked for med/rare got med/well. Partner ordered med got very well done. Probably should have sent them back but didn't. For being over cooked they tasted Ok. Manager gave us a free desert... did the same on our last visit. Would rather have the steaks done properly free desert doesn't make up for overdone steaks

Normally go for steak in main dining room but decided to try Burger Night in the bar area - burger & service were excellent!

We had an amazing steak and lobster dinner, great bottle of wine the service was amazing, we were comfortable and t and the ambience ambience was the best. We will definitely do this again

A nice steakhouse should have at least some minimum standards of dress. Guys in tank tops and baseball hats and others in raggedy cutoffs etc. The peppercorn sauce was super pungent, not enjoyable at all. The Lobster bisque was lacking hints of sherry and frankly, missing any sign of lobster for the price. Steaks were very good as were the mushrooms, au gratin potatoes & steamed broccoli.

Seems like this location lacks the Ruth Chris luster. Server was great food was ok ambiance meh.

Our server was very friendly and courteous. There were times when we waited extra long for drink; for example, our appetizers were finished before we ever got our first cocktails. The food was prepared nicely and overall we were all pleased with our meal.

We ordered the porterhouse for two. The filet portion was perfect, but the other side was filled with fat and grisel. Excellent service and dessert.

Incredibly slow, two hours to get food. When food came it was obviously put together quickly. Server told us at an hour and a half that they were understaffed and had an event. Wish they had told me at the onset. Usually decent, Sunday was awful.

Haven't been in years. Last time I had the best steak ever! Looked forward to taking someone who had never been before. Took 1 1/4 hours to get our food. Steaks were just OK not at all like my former visit. Baked potatoes were luke warm. They knew our experience wasn't what we expected. Gave us free desserts and a gift card along with their apologies. Maybe they're suffering from lack of staff like other restaurants. When you pay $50-150 for a steak it should be memorable.
