  • Hours of Operation: Simon & Seafort's is open Monday through Friday for lunch from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm . The restaurant is proud to offer an excellent 45 minute lunch for the business community. The dinning room is open Monday -Thursday from 5:00pm to 9:30, 5:00pm- 10:00pm on Friday, 4:30pm - 10:00pm on Saturday, and 4:30 - 9:00pm on Sundays. The Saloon is open Monday - Friday from 11:00am to 11:00pm, 4:00pm -11:00pm on Saturday and 4:00pm to 10:00pm on Sundays. Happy hour is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and from 9:00pm to closing daily in the Saloon.
