    The bartender was fabulous (as were drinks). Caesar was decent - more than enough for 1, less than for 2. I could smell my sea bass coming. Not a good thing. Then it was lukewarm - I suspect it had been made a day before serving. $40 bucks!! No manager ever stopped by - waitstaff had to handle the issue all alone. (He refunded entree - I was too grossed out to get another one). My husbands steak was cooked perfectly, good piece of meat, but lacked any flavor whatsoever. Probably will not dine here again.

    I absolutely loved my experience at The Palm. The service, the hospitality, the music and the vibe overall was just perfect. Their tiramisu is one of the best I’ve ever had in Chicago! 10/10 would go again. ☺️

    Service was very good; food was fine, but not extraordinary. Was there early at 5pm so very little crowd. The bar area seemed more busy

    The Happy Hour drinks and appetizers were a good value. The wedge salad was excellent with fresh lettuce, lots of blue cheese, delicious dressing, ripe tomatoes, etc. The dinner 8 oz filet was supposed to be medium rare but was overcooked so be sure to ask for medium rare more on the rare side. It made the steak dry. The Duckhorn 2021 cabernet was spectacular.

    We had a great celebrating our anniversary at the Palm Chicago. Tomas did a great job taking care of us. The surprised us with great food an excellent dessert
