"We went to Ralph's after visiting the Society Hill Playhouse. We were seated upstairs promptly, the wait staff was attentive and our waitress was excellent. The food was superb. I thought I was going to wrap half to take home, but then I couldn't stop myself from eating my veal. And it was byob Sunday. Our bill was so reasonable, I felt like I was cheating them."

"Ralph's has been in business over one hundred years for good reason, it is excellent. Generous portions, friendly efficient service and the recipes are classic and some of the best I've had anywhere in the United States. This is what Italian cuisine should be. The mussels in red app begs to have bread dunked in the sauce. Veal dishes are excellent. My highest rating. Don't expect an elegant setting though. This is an old style family restaurant in a converted South Philly row home. I love it!"

"The food was excellent, as usual. We have a toddler and they put us on the third floor, which was great because it was quieter and they gave a us a great table for our needs. The wait staff on the third floor was phenomenal. They were very attentive and prompt."
