Welcome to Terza.
Terza was created in the spirit of Dell’ Anima which means “soul of the pasta” and celebrating the bountiful flavors of Italy with friends & family. We are committed to Organic Glen plum tomatoes, sustainable Norwegian salmon, fresh fish and wild caught calamari. All of our recipes, fresh pastas and desserts are hand-crafted in house with amoré!

    Always a good time. We usually have fresh pasta choices. The wine list is at a fair price point too

    We were in town for appointments. We ate here 4 out of the 6 nights while in Rochester. I think that says it all! Everything was wonderful. The filet was amazing and the pizza was one of our favorites! Everything we tried was delicious. The entire staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant! Highly recommend!

    All of our meals were wonderful! Steak, pesto gnocchi and all the pastas were delicious!

    Our meals were outstanding!! Our server Cici was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. And an excellent wait person. And the wine selection was topnotch. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend Terza’s to others!

    I have dined at Terza in the past so I was excited to dine there again. My first experience was very good. I had a completely different experience this time. I was excited to take my brother and his wife visiting from San Diego to dine at Terza along with my sister who is from Rochester. We were very disappointed with the experience. Our server was rude and arrogant. His name was Sal and I really think he needs to be let go. I was seated by myself awaiting the rest of my party. Sal came over and just poured us water with no ice. He did not ask me if he could get me a drink or anything while I waited so I had to ask to get a cocktail. His response was "Do you need it now?" I obviously wanted the drink while I waited and probably would have ordered an appetizer but he never asked so I thought I would wait. The rest of the party arrived and my sister wanted coffee and Sal said we have espresso, she asked if they had regular coffee and he said yes but we have espresso. He did bring the cofee and it was cold. We asked for bread and he said it will come. We had the appetizer finished before we were given bread. I don't know if that is how he makes sure we order an appetizer but was a real turn off. When we asked what he recommends he said he doesn't eat this food so he can stay in shape. The food was not that great and he never asked how we liked our food or we wanted anything else. I had to ask for a glass of wine and we had to ask to see the dessert menu. All of us in the party have been servers so we understand if the service isn't always great but we expect to be treated with respect. I will never sine there again and instead will take my love of italian food to Sorellinis.

    We love this restaurant and come here every time we are in Rochester. As a matter of fact I’m thinking of going back this evening and we were just there yesterday. It’s THAT good. The mother sauce is amazing (add crumbled Italian sausage) and the homemade pastas are excellent. Good selection of unique mocktails, as well.
