Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Flint Creek offers a great steak and the clams are to die for. Definitely a steakhouse to visit in Seattle if you are able to go.

The food was great. We had the lamb and marjoram sausage for a starter. Delicious. I had the Duck Confit and my husband had the ribeye. My dish came with some veggies or “side”, but the ribeye didn’t. The server was good, but could have given a reminder about a side for the ribeye. The restaurant would have earned more with the purchased side and she would have gotten a larger tip. The food was delicious even without the extra side. The atmosphere was good, but the music was too loud. It should be background music that people can barely identify, and be able to speak and hear over it. The drinks and desserts were great. A 3 to 4-star experience.
